Cette charmante maison centenaire est nichée dans les rues M, également à l'intérieur d'un district de conservation de Dallas. Nous nous trouvons juste à côté de Lower Greenville Avenue, à distance de marche de tous les meilleurs restaurants, bars sur le toit, vignobles, divertissements en direct et shopping. Nous offrons une superbe piscine dans la cour arrière et un intérieur bien décoré.
Tous les clients ont accès à une piscine privée dans une arrière-cour spacieuse, à côté de sièges en plein air et d'un barbecue. Il y a un porche enveloppant à l'avant de la maison. Nous proposons également une combinaison de mises à niveau et d'originalité. Les deux salles de bains ont été entièrement rénovées et tous les planchers en bois d'origine ont été remis à neuf.
C'est une maison idéale pour les familles, les escapades d'un week-end, les événements sportifs, les voyages d'affaires et plus encore.

The property was clean, close to everything we needed and perfect for our family stay in Dallas for graduation weekend. Samantha was a great host. Easy to communicate with and very accommodating. She let us know the house was ready early and we could check in early if needed. We would definitely choose this house again! We love the Lower Greenville area. Thanks for everything!

The house was cute, clean and in a great location! We were less than a mile to lots of great restaurants and walked two blocks to get coffee and donuts one morning. The pool was also pretty. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

No problems. Communication with hostess was expedient regarding a small issue with housekeeping but it was handled with no problems. Everything was as advertised. We’d definitely stay again!

Great neighborhood. Nice and comfortable home. Kitchen could use more pots and pans and other cooking items. Not the best water pressure in showers.

Great home. The BEST location. Everything was great. The only issue we had was we had one wash cloth per person. Could have been a mistake on cleaning person, but other then that great spot. Will return again.

We loved the house, location and especially the pool! It was unbearably hot when we were there and the air conditioner cooled the house perfectly! Super cute and clean with a responsive owner. So many grear restaurants within walking distance to lower Greenville. The house is really quiet and peaceful and beds are very comfortable. Overall a winner!

Samantha was very easy to communicate with and the check in process was extremely easy. Location was great with plenty to eat close by either by walking or driving. Very relaxing hanging out by the pool and comfortable back yard. One thing we would have liked with the time we spent in the house would have been more channels on DirecTV especially with sports to watch. Overall we loved our stay.

This was our 2023 girls trip mother daughter and granddaughter, we usually stay in a hotel but decided to try something different, I never want to stay in a hotel again! The house was beautiful and clean, quiet neighborhood, pool was a definite plus! We didn’t want to leave! I recommend this place to anyone who needs to relax and unwind

Myself, husband and two teenagers stayed at this property for one week. We had never been to Dallas before and this was the perfect location. The pool was fabulous and the property was very clean. Samantha was incredibly responsive to all of my questions. Lots to do within walking distance, as well as lots of experiences and things to see that are within a 10 to 15 minute drive. We will definitely be staying there again when we visit Dallas next time!

The property looked just like the pictures! I engaged with Samantha a bit before locking in the property. I was concerned about its location possibly being on a heavily travelled street; possible cross street noise; and, wanted to know what type of neighborhood the house was in. Samantha answered all of my questions and assured me there was no need to worry. She was right!
It was adorable inside with the decor of "home" and was totally comfortable. Outside, the property was very kempt and lovely. I enjoyed morning jogs, with friendly neighbors waving to me. The backyard pool was a nice bonus, even though we didn't actually get in. (I spent time lounging in the yard and found it very relaxing and refreshing!)
Samantha was very responsive to us and kind enough to grant our late check out request. Our time here was a true get-away! Thanks, Samantha!

Loved our staycation here. Kids loved the pool especially my older ones cause it was a deep enough pool. They were out there majority of our stay here. Loved the big comfy pillows was just so cozy inside.

Had a girls weekend in Dallas and this house was perfect! The location is amazing. You can walk to some great spots. THe house was clean and super cozy. The pool was *chefs kiss*! We could have stayed in it all day. Samantha is a wonderful host. We will definitely be back!

Great family get away!
This is our second visit to Shabby Chic and it was a great visit both times. Very clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect for a summer get away! Great location for lots of delicious food options near by. We even watched fireworks on the 4th from a near by park. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Samantha was great to check in with us before and after our stay! We look forward to visiting again soon!

This house is adorable, all the comforts of home, pool in the backyard, plenty of space to park off the street. Walking distance to restaurants and close to downtown but not too close! Big front porch, dining room table is good size, family room is a little cozy with smaller couch and 2 small chairs but it worked for us! Would definitely return and stay longer! Safe and quiet, clean. Comfortable beds and the sheets were so nice! House is older but has lots of character. Asked for late check out and owner was happy to accommodate. Thanks for a great experience.

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. We especially enjoyed the pool area. The pink flamingo lights in the pool were a nice touch! We’ll be back.

The house is exactly as listed. Samantha was available for any questions at any time.
Our children go to SMU so the location was perfect. I took long walks in the neighborhood, could run up the street for coffee or a happy hour!
