The people who work there are super friendly and my room was spotless. The room rate was ok.
The only bad thing was that some guests were talking very loudly in the hallways very early. The location wasn't ideal for my personal needs

We were literally right across the street from our meeting location, so it saved us a ton of money on Ubers. The hotel was clean and well-maintained and the amenities were top notch.
We didn't have any issues with out stay.

The hotel was nice and pretty new.
The housekeeping was the worst I have ever seen in my life. They didn’t make the beds correctly and the bathrooms were barely cleaned. The sofa bed was not very comfortable.

The rooms are nice, clean, easy to find, parking garage attached to the first floor, and the hotel smells so good when you walk in.
The breakfast was bare (better off without it), the square toilet in my room (uncomfortable on back of thigh’s when sitting), and there’s no microwave in the room or nearby.

We loved the way the hotel was it looked so comfortable and especially the pool.
We thought breakfast was free, which one of the staff mentioned to us we will get free breakfast, but we did not.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The staff is great and the facility itself is just wonderful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.
Had to pay an extra $24 for parking attached to the hotel or park on the street or somewhere not near the hotel.

My room was attractive, reasonably clean and comfortable. Easy access on a quiet street. Covered parking but the parking isn’t free at about $25/night. A good amount of street parking while I was there but I opted to pay parking to avoid storm issues. Breakfast was $16 and not impressive. Very easy walk to the Galleria Mall. Good shopping and restaurants

love the look of the property and it always smells so good. the location is perfect for shopping.
the breakfast wasn’t very good and I didn’t realize when I booked it wasn’t included with my stay. I paid $35 for 2 bowls of cereal and some rubber egg whites.

The place was absolutely beautiful.
The receptionist was the worst. She had a very stuck up attitude like she was too good to talk to you or deal with you. She acted like she was inconvenienced by you.
