The staff was very good, nice

The room was dirty the shower was dirty , the room and hallway had a bad smell that they tried to cover up with incents .

The breakfast was very routine, but the eggs were terrible. They were either rubbery poached discs or plain omelets with cheese in the middle and the cheese was inedible. The waffle machine was great. They had yogurt. Most of the pastries were Hostess brand Twinkies, Ding Dongs and Honey Buns.

A hotel stay should include daily maid service. I stayed 12 nights and had to request service on 10 of those days. The manager was very apologetic, but the problem continued throughout my stay. The property itself was okay in the lobby, but the rooms were dirty. The tub had black mold in the corners. The furniture was ripped and worn badly in multiple areas. The lighting was terrible and the one light that was burned out, was never replaced (even when it was brought to the manager's attention.) None of the outlets near the bed worked well which the manager blamed on a family who had just stayed in the room. Every complaint I made was addressed in some way quickly, but it became a daily problem. They seem to be under the impression that rooms only need to be serviced occasionally, even when the guest requests it daily.

Bathtub was full of water from leaking shower head. Hair was on tub and floor. Only one light worked in room and air conditioning was cool.

There was no remote for our TV, no cleaning or refreshed towels, nor breakfast. Room was not very clean and fixtures were rusted.

Nasty, trashy site. underwear and a rubber matte in tree outside window. condoms and some goopy substance in nightstand drawer. entire place smelled like urine. NO REAL COFFEE. Rusted and broken fixtures and handles. No obvious signs of ever being cleaned. we left after first night. waste of money.
