Apartment is really nice and would be great even for longer stay. Check in was really smooth and location in heart of Karlin is perfect. Big plus, that you could bring your dog.

While on our way, we tried calling them several times to reserve a parking spot and to let them know when we would check in as they required us to. They either did not answer or were not helpful and claimed they could not find the booking. When we arrived we had to wait more than 45mins for someone to come to us. Once someone was finally there, they claimed our booking wasn’t in their system causing the Appartment to be double booked. I showed them our booking and they confirmed the booking was shown properly on booking.com for us and them, but it simply wasn’t in their own calendar system. After waiting for at least another 45mins, they gave us two options. Either we get a refund for the booking, or they move us to their other apartment complex a few km away. Mind you by then it was already past 10pm, so we had no other option than taking their offer to go to their other apartment complex. Once we arrived there was no parking spot available, even though we told them we need one. (We booked their apartment specifically because it had parking) Eventually there was parking but for more than €50 per day, not to mention a max of 3 hours and their information given to us was incorrect. Once finally in the apartment, which was in a much worse location, the airco did not work while it was extremely hot and there were extremely loud building constructions right in front of our window. They did not respond to any of my messages or calls until around 30 mins before checking out. They offered us to check out at 12 instead of 10, but the offer was too little too late and we were ready to check out already. Nothing else was offered and that was it.

No one responded to our messages on Booking. Additionally, we called 40 minutes before arrival, but no one answered the phone. Upon arrival at the apartment, there was still no response to the provided phone numbers, and there were no instructions on how to find the apartment. Only after some time did someone respond to us via Viber on one of the phone numbers. It turned out that the person who answered the phone wasn't working that shift, and later he called the person who was supposed to check us in. In the end, this guy arrived, and I got the impression that he was a student (I have nothing against this, but if you're working, do your job properly and don't make people wait on the street). Ultimately, this guy didn't even apologize. We waited on the street for 40 minutes to an hour. (I remind you that we started calling the hosts 40 minutes before our arrival). We were offered parking spaces for an additional fee, but no one mentioned that there was guest parking available! In the room, we found hair on the bed, and there was urine behind the toilet seat! The apartment was not on the ground floor (due to panoramic windows, everything happening in the room is visible at night) I would also like to note that the check-in time is only from 16:00 to 20:00. If you want to check in later or earlier, you have to pay extra, which is outrageous. And check-out is by 10:00 AM. I have never seen such rules anywhere!

Very clean and well presented. Everything worked well. Very spacious and easy transport access to get into town. Really good value for money.

Not anyone's fault but the guys at reception didn't know any English and my Czech was barely existent. As such there was a bit of confusion during the checking in process, alongside difficulties calling the host. Once the host arrived in person everythkngy became straightforward.

Plein de petits détails qui rendraient l'appartement bien meilleur... : un lit immense et confortable mais deux coussins en guise d'oreillers et deux couettes minuscules pour une personne qui nous couvre à peine... très peu de vaisselle, quasiment pas de verres (il n'y en avait que deux dont un fendu qui a vite cassé au lavage), aucune décoration, pas de lampe de chevet, pas de cafetière, aucun meuble de rangement dans la salle de bain, aucune égouttoir pour la vaisselle, la TV aurait été nettement mieux en face du lit plutôt que d'avoir un écran géant à 1m50 de nos yeux... plein de petites choses qui ne coûtent presque rien et qui rendraient le séjour bien plus confortable ! PS : Le fait qu'une arrivée anticipée à midi soit négociée moyennant 20 euros supplémentaires depuis la réservation et qu'on nous prévienne le jour même à 11h30 que ça ne sera finalement pas possible est clairement limite également, ce n'était pas très professionnel. Mais remise des clés à 16h avec le sourire !

I regret to report a less than satisfactory experience with the check-in, as the property manager arrived significantly later than the agreed 3:15 time. Furthermore, repeated inquiries about my solo status felt intrusive, causing discomfort and a sense of distrust. The bed blanket, designed for a single bed(is a a big double bed), was notably small and uncomfortable, while one of the pillows carried someone else's perfume scent. I recommend ensuring appropriately sized bedding for improved guest comfort and addressing the timeliness and communication concerns for a more positive stay.
