Cette magnifique maison neuve tire son nom de son emplacement et de son décor côtier sophistiqué offrant une élégance côtière décontractée avec une touche de FUN! Nous voulons que vous sachiez que vous êtes en vacances! 3000+ sq ft Peut accueillir 14 facilement et LIVES LARGE offrant espace et intimité pour les longs séjours et les grands groupes. Profitez de l'ombre recherchée l'après-midi, des vues dégagées sur la baie, de la pêche à pied du quai et de la piscine Key Allegro, à deux pas de là! Place de stationnement pour 8 à 10 véhicules, bateaux multiples et motomarines. Lits confortables: 2 lits king size, 2 lits queen size, 4 futons doubles et 1 lit queen gigogne en mousse à mémoire de forme et 1 lit superposé. La pièce maîtresse de ce paradis de vacances est le salon / salle à manger et la cuisine ouverts MASSIF avec un plafond élancé pour la famille et les amis. La table à manger et le bar-restaurant peuvent accueillir 14 personnes, toutes donnant sur la grande baie de Little Bay. Pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner et se divertir - Cuisine gastronomique avec cuisinière à gaz, réfrigérateur à vin, coin café et éviers de cuisine et de bar (jolis verres et assiettes à vaisselle). Ponts couverts en haut et en bas et cour spacieuse. Bar extérieur, barbecue au gaz, évier extérieur et réfrigérateur et sièges extérieurs pour 14 personnes. Pièce de bonus séparée en bas des escaliers plus bungalow privé. Peut accueillir facilement 3 à 4 familles, une escapade entre filles amusante / une retraite en couple / une escapade pour les pêcheurs ou une réunion de vacances (nous décorons pour les vacances). Touche tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour des vacances parfaites sur la côte. Des kayaks et des planches à pédales sont disponibles sur demande pour profiter de la grande baie ouverte à votre porte arrière!

Had a great time celebrating a birthday get together with friends in Rockport. House is amazing, plenty of room to gather with a large group. Enjoyed the kayaks and bicycles too!

The best thing we enjoyed about the home is the view of Little Bay. This is our second VRBO stay in Rockport this summer and the house fit our needs well. The paddle boards and kayaks were enjoyed, just don’t forget your life jackets!

The 2024 family trip was a huge success and the Mermaid House was a big part of that success. The house was perfect and the paddle boards and kayaks were huge hits. The hosts are fantastic and the overall experience couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend this property!

We had a fantastic time here! Loved everything about the place. Had plenty of room for our family of 11. We used the kayaks and paddleboard and loved going up and down the canals and into the Bay area. Had lots of beach toys and chairs to use too. Perfect area to vacation at. It was a little tricky locking the front door, but we got it to lock. The back patio cabinet area could have been cleaner but overall a fabulous place to stay on vacation. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing time at The Mermaid House. We had 12 people staying from 3 generations ages 17-85. Wonderful place right on the water. The community pool was a few blocks away and close to the beach where our family reunion was located. The kitchen and dining area were great for family meals and some games. The master bath shower pressure was so great that others were going in to shower and the claw foot tub made my wife very very happy. Great place to stay. Thanks

We were blown away by The Mermaid House! It is the quintessential vacation home for family and friends. Artfully designed and decorated with ample seating and dining areas, we felt at home the minute we walked in. Thanks to the generosity of the owners, we enjoyed the kayaks and boards. This is a house to be experienced. And the porch with its view is sublime. I only wished for a few hooks in the closet/bath area. You will love this house!

Fun Family Getaway
We had the best week at the Mermaid House! The location was perfect and had a great view of the bay! The house was open and spacious, and perfect for cooking and hanging out. There were kayaks and paddle boards which we enjoyed using! The house even had a water table and beach toys for our baby! We can’t wait to visit again!

This property is a beautiful home in an amazing location. The host is very responsive and helpful. It is a perfect home for a large group/family - plenty of room to sleep everyone and great spaces for entertaining/gathering. The kitchen is well stocked and has high end appliances. Family Trip 2022
We take an annual family trip to Rockport each summer with our kids and grand kids. The Mermaid House was perfect and we plan to make it a part of the tradition. The accommodations were excellent and we couldn't ask for a better experience.

Love it!
This property is one of the best. Location is fabulous and it is large and so thoughtfully and tastefully done. We had 4 generation over the New Yeats Holiday and enjoyed the inside and the outside amenities to the fullest. There are great areas for everyone to gather, but also plenty of bedrooms for privacy. Kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you need. We will be back.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious home, known as The Mermaid House. It has an incredible view of the bay from the back porch and it is the perfect place to relax.

Nice Property and great location.. Beds were comfortable and open layout of house was great for entertaining friends and family. Only real issue was the mosquitoes. Couldn’t really enjoy back deck and fishing. Recommend bringing a mosquito fogger.

Wonderful family memories
We had a lovely time making memories with our kids and grandkids. The paddle boards and kayaks were a hit. A must paddle out and watch the beautiful sunset! There was plenty of space for 6 adults and 7 littles. Can’t wait to go back one day! Owners very responsive. Only issue we had was the mildew smell in the bungalow otherwise house was exactly beautifully described and perfect!

Perfect for a group of all ages!
We loved everything about this property! We survived Hurricane Hannah AND Covid-19 all in the same week. The house was spacious enough for us to play games and watch movies while it rained the first two days. The bonus was room was a big hit for the teens. With the public beach regulations we enjoyed fishing off our back porch, kayaking and paddle boarding. We even caught crabs in our crab trap! The Bungalow was perfect for the grandparents to enjoy a little peace and quiet from the main house. I highly recommend this beautiful home to accommodate a group of all ages.

Family Trip
The Mermaid House is fantastic. We really enjoyed the home and would recommend it for family or friend group trips. The location is really nice and the downstairs lounge area is perfect for games and hanging out. It’s shady and breezy in the evenings and the home has paddle boards and kayaks for guests to use. The open layout upstairs is perfect for groups. I also have very good things to say about the owners attention to details and wonderful service and communication. They were wonderful hosts. We hope to be back soon and have another stay at the mermaid house!

Famsgiving Rockport Retreat
We absolutely loved the huge open living/dining/kitchen that had great views of the canal and Little Bay. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of dishes, etc. for 13 people. Outdoor furnishing were plentiful and we enjoyed visiting outside and taking in the sights and sounds of coastal living! A great way to celebrate Thanksgiving with family!

End of Summer Stay
This home was every bit as beautiful as the photos. Had an amazing short stay and enjoyed all the home had to offer in the short 4 days we were in Rockport. Most spectacular was the kayaks at sunset. Amazing views! We will definitely be back!

Spacious, immaculate home away from home
We hosted a group of 9 to celebrate my husband's birthday over the Labor Day weekend. Everyone commented on how nicely the home is decorated and how comfortable it is. The kitchen is better equipped than any other vacation home I've rented. Lots of gathering space both inside and outside. 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards were easily accessed and dropped into water right outside the house. Would love to stay here again!
