The location was easy to get to. The instructions clear. The view was superb looking onto lake and mountains with just a few minutes walk to the lake . Such an amazing place to stay with the accommodation so well planned out it was a pleasure to stay. Thanks to Laura and all her help - so responsive and helpful. Will definitely come again.

Need some instructions for the induction hob . I don’t think the saucepans are the right ones . Would have liked the English Channel news on TV to be activated.

Functional and Modern Apartment away a short distance from the city. - the apartment is very compact, so be prepared to spend time in your room, as it’s got all you need. - the kitchen is functional, and can support basic meals - the laundry room is easily accessible - easy access from car parking lot into lobby, no stairs - balcony is lovely to watch the sunrise over Lake Geneva - good spots for running around the lake or over the the University sports grounds

Its compact, so be prepared to be nice and cosy. the keys are virtual on your phone, we were ok with this but some people might find this daunting.

clean, smart systems, the location is great, its not in the city center which give quite nighttime, and its only 5 min walk from the lake.

the electric key didn’t work at first, but the staff was really helpful and gave us a card key.

Tactile light switches (etc) - not practical at all No room for shoes and coathangers at entry

- The apartment is clean, modern, well equipped. The location is fine if you need to reach EPFL/UNIL but you need to use public transport to reach Lausanne city center. Metro/Bus stations are nearby. - All information needed for check-in you will receive via JustIn app – check all applicable fields in the message you’ll receive. - Parking lot was available on site. - The apartments are less suitable for a short period touristic stay but rather for business/educational long-term stay.

- Communication with apartment managers is very chaotic and confusing. There are several people providing information and answering your question in parallel via different platforms – emails or booking messenger. Some information provided is wrong – corrected later on, some questions are left without attention, some replies are very delayed (1 day or more). - We asked the apartment manager to coordinate with a housekeeper and provide us with a third blanket for our third person. The reply came one day later with the question why do we need a third blanket? Poor customer-oriented management ☹ - The hairdryer was missing – was provided on the next day. - Although you pay tourist taxes you do not get any touristic service at all – no transportation ticket, no information.

Exceptionally good location: very quiet and safe area near UNIL and EPFL. Most rooms have lake and mountain view. Very clean and modern facilities. Kitchen has induction cooking plates, microwave , fridge and coffee maker, as well as kitchenware and tableware. All questions were answered by very skilled staff by phone, as hotel has no reception desk. Very comfortable and quiet air conditioning. Cool and intelligent light controls. Fast WiFi, router inside the room. The hotel is very newly built and all things in the room look brand new. Parking for guests is in the basement.

Nothing too bad, but: There were no instructions about the hotel rules in the room. had to call the support. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, only small hand soap was provided. There was no kettle in the kitchenette. The main confusing thing: entrance by the phone App. So, if you lock yourself out without working phone - you are in trouble.
