Aménagement des cabines: le niveau principal (2e niveau) comprend un salon confortable avec un plafond cathédrale, une cheminée à gaz et une grande télévision par câble, ce qui en fait un lieu de rassemblement idéal pour la famille et les amis, pour se détendre et discuter de leurs aventures uniques. Ce niveau comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée et une grande table à manger pouvant accueillir 6 adultes, avec un îlot de bar pouvant accueillir trois personnes. Il facilite la préparation et le service de repas somptueux. Le niveau principal comprend également une chambre avec un lit king size et un bain à remous dans la chambre. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complète à ce niveau. Un canapé-lit en taille réelle dans le salon offre un lit supplémentaire. Le pont supérieur comporte une balançoire et des rockers pour se détendre après avoir exploré les grands enfumés toute la journée.
Le 3ème étage supérieur comprend une chambre (lit king-size) avec jacuzzi dans la chambre et cheminée. Il y a aussi une salle de bain séparée avec douche à l'italienne. Cette chambre a également une Smart TV murale avec des tonnes de stations.
Le niveau inférieur (sous-sol) a 2 chambres queen. C'est aussi où se trouve la salle de jeux. Il y a une table de billard en taille réelle et une salle d'arcade de 60 jeux. Il y a aussi une table de pub avec des tonnes de jeux de société. Des heures de divertissement sont à prévoir dans cet espace. Juste à l'extérieur de la salle de jeux sur le pont se trouve le grand bain à remous.
Il y a un barbecue au charbon juste à l'extérieur de la porte d'entrée de la cabine.

Cabin is located in a nice neighborhood with ample parking. This is very important as the neighboring cabin lacks parking which was an issue for them. Cabin had what we needed and the pool area was nice.
Owner was responsive when contacted for extra trash pickup. Communication was very easy and straightforward.

The landing on the stairs is misleading because of it being black. I missed the landing and fell down the stairs and ended up in hospital for an overnight stay. It ruined our vacation.

The location was perfect. The only issue was the grill was a relic from forest preserves 1960's. Really should have had a nice gas grill on premises. Many other cabins had them, so obviously allowed. Also the pool was not cleaned. After day 2 pretty nasty. Other residents also were upset and didn't know who to contact. Would have liked an earlier check in as we had to wait in our car with 3 coolers of food until EXACTLY 3:00 in 94 degree heat even though cleaners were long gone. Never received email with code, had to contact owner. Seems petty for this kind of $$. Cabin was beautiful and served our family well for our 5 day stay.

We normally go to beach but wanted to do mountains. The properity was okay. Seemed unused. Needs a good washing. Close to everything but still in private are. Not enough cookwear. Was'nt told it was close to garbage landfill. The odor at night was natrouiss, could not enjoy being outside. Pool needs upgrade. We did activities we wanted to do. I hope we

Great location, easy to access with good amenities. Not far from major tourist attractions, and great places to eat. If there was any reason to not give 5 starts the only would be the hot tub! Upon arriving the water level was low and once we began to fill it you could hear the water coming from under the hot tub. It had been patched recently and you could tell. Once the water level was accurate, the l sounds of the leak went away but the top row of jets in the hot tub did not work.
In my opinion this is a minor issue, as the hot tub still got used, and very understandable given the frigid temperatures in the area.
All in all, myself and my party had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Very close to parkway. The cabin was not as clean as it should have been. Lots of dust everywhere with spiderwebs throughout the cabin. Hair was in the bathroom and on some of the towels. Had to wash quilts because they smelled like cigarette smoke. Could not enjoy the balconies at all because lots of black bugs were everywhere, especially around the hot tub area. May have been due to change of season. The owner was very responsive to the concerns.

The cabin could have been a lot cleaner. we couldn’t use the pool the first 3 days we was there due to having no water in it. But over all we loved how much space we had in the cabin. we traveled with a big family and we had plenty of space, we really enjoyed the hot tub and game room.

This was the perfect place to stay for two families with our school-aged children! We traveled here, one faculty from Florida and the other from Illinois, for a fun-filled spring break trip and we were not disappointed.
The home was clean, warm, spacious, and plenty comfortable. The grown-is stayed in the two large master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs and private baths while the kids stayed in the basement with access to lots of activities and games.
The full kitchen allowed us to save money and cook most of our meals. The hot tub was a dream. The kids enjoyed the playground and running up and down the huge hill out back.
We were minutes away from the Great Smoky Mountains and not far from the fun attractions of Gatlinburg.
Kasey was a dream to work with, always responding to questions quickly. We'd love to stay here again sometime!

Let me preface by saying I never write reviews. I couldn't pass up this opportunity to talk about how wonderful the Owner and cabin was! The Owner is so friendly and helpful! My Father in law had a fall during our stay and they were nothing short of amazing! We will remember the Owner and this cabin the next time we visit! Our stay at this property was wonderful! The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Plenty of bathroom space for a large group. Everyone loved the game/entertainment room with the pool table. Literally minutes from the outlets. plenty of parking for a big group (comfortably fit 4 vehicles) Owner was very quick to respond to any questions. We will most definitely rent this property for another trip.

Kasey, you need to get a new housekeeper. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The whole place has needed dusting for a good while. The tub off the living area was still dirty. And once I’m checked in, I’m not calling anybody out to reclean. I can handle it. But all in all, I loved the cabin and location.

The location of the cabin is fantastic, tucked away but still close enough to everything you want to get to in Pigeon Forge. The pictures accurately represents the space and the added touch of the Christmas decorations was nice. Kasey was great at communicating and remedying the issues that arose. The overall cleanliness of the house was acceptable minus a smell of animal on the basement level and stains on the pillow shams. Some wear and tear of the amenities was another factor in the lower rating… pool was hard to play because the sticks are all broken or damaged and the arcade games wouldn't load as well as the heat in basement was difficult to regulate so guests were freezing in the basement but the top level was steaming even with the heat set low or at times off.
On the plus side enough parking for larger groups, enough seating for larger groups and a huge plus on the amount of bathrooms that the cabin has for larger groups.

This was the perfect getaway for a holiday gathering. The owner contacted us a few days before arrival to notify us about the weather. She gave us several pointers should the power go out.
The place was clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies and extra blankets in each room. The layout was perfect for cooking and game night. The kids enjoyed being tucked away on the lower level playing pool and other games provided by the host.
We couldn’t ask for a better place….it is a must stay!!!!

Easy to skip the Parkway Traffic and use Ridge Road, Veterans Parkway to navigate the backroads. Even if your activities of choice require being on the Parkway, you are minutes away from the action. We had activities in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and navigated quite quickly. The house is such a delight. The hot tub felt great after some long days, the living room is a cozy place to chat and plan the days. Plenty of comfortable porch furniture for outdoor relaxing, especially the swing on the back porch. The kitchen is adequately stocked, basics are provided.
With 3 floors, there is plenty of room to spread out, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Amazing!!
Water pressure is on point! Beds are comfortable. House is clean. Felt right at home. Host is very welcoming. I would book again-a great listing for being near the action.
