Bel appartement unique de 1500 pieds carrés au cœur de Hyde Park. Le quartier est composé de maisons et de manoirs construits par des barons du bois d’œuvre et des industriels au début des années 1900. Cet espace fournit le confort et les nécessités dans un emplacement idéal pour tout. Le Plaza, le Crown Center et le centre-ville sont tous situés entre 5 et 10 minutes. Grand salon avec bois franc, cheminée et même un piano à queue. Téléviseur intelligent 55 "avec Direct TV et Netflix. Wifi gratuit. Cuisine d'office entièrement approvisionnée. Comptoir en marbre avec cuisinière à gaz / four. Profitez d'un café fait à partir du Keurig. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse à l'intérieur de l'appartement pour votre commodité. My daughter and I came to KCMO for my birthday weekend to visit my son, as well as to let her attend her first concert. We booked the property since it was close to the venue to make getting a Lyft easier. It was a wonderful place to stay, and especially for me, to just relax and enjoy the ambiance after working 70+ hour weeks. The beds were amazing (my daughter said it was like sleeping in a cloud), everything was exactly as advertised, and we really enjoyed the historical nature of the apartment and the beauty of the surrounding neighborhood. It was a very hot weekend, and our host checked in about arrival time and had the apartment completely cooled off in time for us to arrive. We travel to the KC area 1-3 times a year, and we will definitely rebook. I highly recommend the host or apartment for anyone who needs a quiet place to relax while in KC.

We had a wonderful stay in KC at Bill's house on a Friday/Saturday stayover... this third floor apt was beyond comfortable, well stocked with everything you could need and more! The pictures live up to the reality - most definitely highly recommended!!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our visit to KC! It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and it's in an historic neighborhood which was fun to explore on foot. The apartment was lovely and felt private and exclusive. Bill, the owner was helpful and welcoming! We will stay here again on a future visit.

Wow! That's all I can say. This was one of our top 5 rentals. Took a short weekend away to KC to spend quality time together and see a concert.
I would highly recommend this unit. What a lovely quite safe neighborhood! Easy to get everywhere. The apartment was furnished with nice high end furniture and the master bed was so comfortable! I would love to stay here again in the future:)

I've stayed at several VRBO locations, particularly in MO, and this one BY FAR, was my favorite! Bill was incredibly accommodating when my flight was rescheduled prior to my arrival causing me to need to stay an extra night. I expected to be out of luck but he made it work. Grateful doesn't begin to describe the feeling.
The property listing does it some justice, but it is so much better in person. The apt was clean and spacious with all amenities available. The kitchen was stocked with everything one would need to prepare a meal - sans groceries, of course. The bath towels were soft and fluffy. Shower water pressure was great. TVs in each BR with access to streaming services specific to the 3rd floor apt, and while the king-sized bed was a bit too soft for my personal taste, my husband loved it and we slept well. Having a private entrance and driveway parking were perks you don't realize how much you appreciate until you don't have them.
I really struggle with finding complaints about this place. The host, the location, the amenities, the space ... all VERY favorable. I have decided this will be where I stay when I am in MO. I may have to plan my trips around when it is available. 😄

It's a beautiful apartment. Very cozy and welcoming. Bill Wolfe did a great job communicating with us throughout the entire stay. The location was perfect for restaurants, shopping and for going to the game. We would definitely stay again!

We couldn't have been more pleased with this rental. First, the site very accurately describes the accommodations. The neighborhood is beautiful, mature and quiet. You will need to drive to find a place to eat if you choose to go out. The place itself is beautifully appointed with antiques and it is perfectly equipped with all that you need. The attention to details are among the many things we appreciated. There was coffee -- even a few to-go cups. There was laundry detergent and all of the staples.
The only caveat which is noted on the information, is that one needs to be comfortable going up a few flights of steps. We would stay again.

We visited KC for our annual baseball trip. The host was a gem from the start. Greeting us early so we could drop our luggage, giving us great dining suggestions and covering every detail as a host! The rental is exactly as it appears in the photos. It is clean, comfortable cozy and welcoming. It is in a great location to access various part of KC. After a hot day of walking around the city the cold bottled water in the fridge was a welcomed site!

Great Place to Stay
The location was perfect for me as my daughter lives very nearby. The property was as advertised and very clean. I appreciated the good supply of towels! I used the smaller of the bedrooms and the bed was very comfortable.

Quiet 2 day retreat
Clean, quiet, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the chilled water bottles in refrigerator. Great property location to enjoy KC sites. Responsive host. Would have enjoyed more comfortable living room furniture and a larger kitchen table but we weren’t in the property much so not a big deal. Security was good and property grounds were well lighted.

Lovely location, lovely house and host. We were visiting Kansas City for a wedding, and wanted to stay close to our family’s house in the same area.

Property was beautiful, clean, beds comfortable, all the comforts of home. Located in a beautiful area, don't let the drive there fool you! Pleasant, spacious and incredibly relaxing!
What a fun and unique stay! Apartment is huge! Located on the third floor of a well kept older home nestled in gardens and mature trees. Communication, check in, and cleanliness were all spot on. We enjoyed the central location for all our activities over the weekend - downtown KC, country club, Overland Park, and hiking near Swope Park. Small grocery store, pharmacy, and places to drink and dine within 5-10 minute drive. Host was extremely hospitable and welcoming while still honoring our privacy and space. Couldn’t have been happier! We will be back and will recommend it to others as well!

Wonderful stay in KC
This was perfect for us. Super clean and comfortable. Great location for everything we were doing. Felt safe running and walking in the mornings. Had some amazing food at restaurants within walking distance. Russell on Main and Billie’s Grocery just to name a couple. The owner was great and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

This property is as advertised. Exceptionally clean, very spacious, lots of amenities, and the master bed is incredibly comfortable. Bill is a gracious host and very pleasant. I visit KC often and would certainly stay here again. Within walking distance of the Plaza and other destinations. We had a great multi-night stay.

The apartment was as pictured and clean. Every need you might have was anticipated and provided for — from extra blankets and towels to kitchen gadgets and supplies.
