Janssen Place est l'enceinte la plus prestigieuse de Hyde Park et sa rue la plus sûre de Kansas City. Les demeures historiques de la fin des années 1800 se dressent devant notre cul-de-sac bordé d'arbres. Les familles et les voyageurs d'affaires adorent notre tri-niveau récemment rénové. Le niveau principal comprend un grand salon, une salle à manger et la cuisine du chef. Avec 2 chambres et une salle de bains à l'étage et 2 chambres et une salle de bains au rez-de-chaussée, les clients jouissent d'une intimité ultime. Stationnement hors rue pour 4 voitures. 5 min. au centre-ville, au Sprint Center, à Westport, au Plaza, au Hyatt & Crown Center. L'hôpital St Lukes et la galerie d'art Nelson sont également à 5 minutes. Une oasis de paix au coeur de la ville. Grands taux hebdomadaires et mensuels!

The location was an easy access to downtown KC which was very nice for our group. The street on which the duplex is located is gorgeous but the duplex itself is underwhelming. The yard needs attention. I would suggest stocking the kitchen with more pans, dishtowels and dishes. Mattress pads needed on the beds. Our host however was very easy to talk to and available.

Janssen Place is a private square of dream villas in the center of Kansas City. Our party of 6 adults and 3 children was fully at home and satisfied. We loved it.

Nice home in a beautiful and convenient location. Easy to get downtown and to the Plaza areas from here. And the neighborhood is very safe and has very cool historic houses all around.

With for bedrooms and the two bathrooms for everyone to shower and get ready for a family wedding the property worked out well. The venue was relatively close too.

Unfortunately one of the bedrooms in the basement leaked during a storm causing the carpet to get wet there by making that bedroom unusable. We didnt find this out until we were already there and noticed the sign on the door saying "do not occupy". This caused us to need to use the fold out couch in the living room to fit everyone. This wasnt unbearable but with 3 young kids who wake up early, they now had nowhere to go. If we had found out earlier one of the couples would have rented a hotel for the weekend. There were also ants in the upstairs bathtub.

The house was the perfect size for 8 ladies. We had the best time. Gary was very fast in replying when I had a question. I would definitely stay there again if we have another weekend in KC.

Great location, great property. Very nice, quiet neighborhood that is close to plenty of dining and entertainment options. Everyone in our group of nine had a comfortable sleeping option. Gary is a very chill, accommodating host. You can tell he cares about making sure you’re taken care of.

Loved our stay here. It was very clean and well kept. The location was wonderful for exploring the city. Also, there's an easy walk, less than a half mile, to a delicious coffee shop! Our beds were comfortable and had plenty of room for our whole entourage. Overall, it was great and our host was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had!

Location, location, location!!! This home was the perfect location for our adult activities on our weekend trip to Kansas City! We went to the Nelson-Atkins Art Museum, City Market, Boulevard Brewery tour, WW1 Museum, Q39 BBQ restaurant, Margarita restaurant, Union Station, and The Levee and The Green Lady. It was a warm weekend but the air conditioning in the home kept us cool. If you have trouble with stairs you might note there are no bathrooms on the main floor. They are on the 2nd story and the basement near the bedrooms. House had everything we needed for our stay. The big mansions in this area were absolutely gorgeous! We felt very safe in this neighborhood. Owner responded quickly when texted.

This house was perfect for our family of 7. It was spacious, clean & safe. It had everything we needed and we even toured the historic neighborhood. We booked this last second after vacating an unsafe booking elsewhere and they went out of their way to ensure we had a place to stay. Would recommend and stay again.

We traveled to KC to attend our daughter's Pharmacy school graduation over Mother's Day weekend. We had never rented a house before, so this was our first experience. The property was everything as described and it was perfect for us, our adult kids and our daughter's in-laws. It was nice to relax together and not be stuffed into random hotel rooms. We prepared our own meals in a well stocked kitchen (our own groceries). The neighborhood is quiet and dog walking was relaxing, instead of strained.
Thank you for this experience. It is a weekend we won't forget.

Travelled into town with our adult/teen children and my mother for a family wedding and this place worked out perfectly for us; plenty of beds and room to spread out, everything was clean and in working order. Location was awesome- very cool historic street close to everything- restaurants, bars, museums, etc. Walked around the historic church and school behind and found a cool grotto- would definitely stay again- hosts were great!

We had a family wedding in Kansas City and had a fantastic stay at this house. The property was exactly as advertised. Location was convenient to all main attractions in KC. The historic neighborhood was amazing. The communication between property manager was prompt and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Adult girls weekend. Location was perfect - convenient to all the places we wanted to see, safe and quiet. (Houses in the neighborhood were amazing, we went to an open house down the street for million dollar house!) Duplex was spacious, clean and ready for us upon our arrival. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Linens and towels very nice. Host was very responsive. No bedroom or bath on main level, so might be difficult for anyone who struggles with stairs otherwise would absolutely recommend.

Overall we had a great time in Kansas City. We had a family of 10. There were enough beds for all. Loved the neighborhood. The only complaint we had was we did not know there was no restroom or bedroom on the main level. My mom has trouble with stairs, but we made it work.

Beautiful location
We were in KC for a week long event at Hale Arena. Easy commute to Hale, and also easy drive to shops, restaurants. The historic neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous! House had everything we needed, abd was perfectly comfortable even during the blistering hot June week that we were there. It is a duplex, but honestly we wouldn't have known there were people next door if we hadn't seen them; very quiet. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

We had a great stay. We were surprised at first to see that the downstairs room was a walkthrough to the fourth bedroom, but we were ok with it. The place felt a bit lived in bc the owner had family pics and lots of toiletries but overall it was very nice!

Didn’t spend a lot of time in the house. Place was clean with hot water for showers. All we needed. House is located in a historic location which was very interesting once we uncovered the background story.
