Excellent apartment perfect for the OVO Hydro. Well appointed throughout, quiet and free parking, would certainly stay again. Plenty of bedrooms, great value for money.

The Size of the apartment was good for our guests.
The heating wasn't on for our arrival and it was -8 degrees outside. Therefore it was freezing. The apartment was cozy by the morning we were leaving unfortunately 😔 the key safe was hard to find. But maybe that's a good thing.

Great location. Excellent communication from hosts. Easy check in and parking. Very spacious apartment with good facilities.
Only very slight improvement would be to have some more prosecco and gin glasses but we’re fussy about our drinks glasses!! Wine glasses were provided.

The communication was fantastic, the apartment was so clean and modern. Lots of little extras too, very thoughtful, fresh milk, tea and coffee which was a welcomed after my journey. Definitely would stay again, walked from the City as the weather was good but also.a short taxi ride away. Thank you.

flat is in need of some TLC - basic things like toilet roll weren't on hand one roll per stay and there were 5 of us. Could be an easier check in situation rather than waiting for someone to arrive with keys after a 5 hour car journey

Flat was very spacious, clean and all that was needed was there. The host must have been in same area location as was to hand if needed etc. We had a situation with the WIFI being turned off and the host was there in 5 mins to resolve.

Excellent location for secc and only 1 stop from Glasgow centre on train. Free secure parking was great too. Very spacious with 2 nice big living areas and small balcony. Well equipped and very pleasant.

Orientation around the house and key collection was easy and straight forward - no issues at all with this. The flat is cleaned to a good standard and the location is useful for the SEC centre for conferences - it is around at 12 minute walk.
The flat is a little bit dated in places but it is generally workable and no overt issues. It is on the 3rd floor with no lift so do take note of that.

The nice deco and proximity to the SSE arena.
Apartment feels a bit cold and could not adjust any of the heaters or turn on the nice fire display in the main living room. I few throws or blankets could be a nice addition!

Contacted and met by the very friendly owner. Shown around the apartment, how to use everything. Tea bags, coffee and milk pods available to use. Very comfy beds, great hot showers. Defo recommended.

Location was great for the Hydro. Accommodation is basic but very clean and comfortable.

The apartment was clean & tidy on arrival! Huge amount of space for us (4 adults & 2 children) & large, comfortable bedrooms.
As we were going to a how at the Hydro, location was perfect as it was less than a 10 minute walk!
On site free parking very useful too!
Some area of the flat could use a lick of paint or updating, but nothing too bad.
Although a lot of amenities in the kitchen, a user guide would have been helpful as struggled to work some of the appliances!

The apartment was uncomfortable and was not clean and well maintained. It lacked any home comforts and the bathrooms were dirty and not maintained well which included mould on the shower.

Clean and cosy. Well located for SECC and transport links. Communication good and representative friendly and helpful.
nothing to dislike but factors which impacted stay.3rd floor, no lift - difficult if you have mobility issues . Wooden floors so every movement seemed loud. No amenities e.g. hairdryer - have used before and probably will again.

the upstairs shower temp stayed really hot even when the dial was changed.

There was no lifts and the parking spaces need to be labelled clearer.
