Gorgeous hotel, very tastefully designed and very well maintained, Friendly staff (specially at reception), great breakfast (we loved the high quality turkish breakfast), very comfortable beds, very clean spa, pool has a breath taking view.
The hotel is more beautiful than it looks on the photos.
We really enjoyed our stay.
No electric plugs in the bathroom.
We would have loved to stay longer but the hotel is pretty expensive.

Second stay at this amazing stunning hotel . We will be back again it’s our favourite hotel in Istanbul, a little way out of the centre but in a beautiful area and easy access in to the centre of Istanbul. Aykut is the main man on this site to get in touch with about your booking, he’s brilliant . The restaurants in the hotel are fantastic, Scalini’s and Chef Erdal’s are absolutely delicious. The in room dining was very good to . The two gyms they have are of a high standard and the two outside pools are two of the best situated in Istanbul for their views and photo opportunities . We’ve stayed 5 days next time we will come for a week , we’re very sad to leave . Thank you to Ece and Mert and all the team for another wonderful holiday.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice room
The details not always match the price level: you could only switch off all lights or none at all, the air conditioning could not be canceled, the cooling was excellent but a little cold … minor details but not at the level of the hotel

This hotel has everything to give you a pleasurous stay in Istanbul, if you could leave the room ;) Specially the one with the breathtakingly view on the Bosphorus. And they have the best beds ever. The room was very clean. The staff was nice and helpful. You should really try the massage of Sue. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. The kids club is also nice. They are thoughtful about the choice they made with the toys. Can’t wait to come back here again.
The hotel was fully booked. So there were some flaws when checking in and out. But they took care of it so good.

This hotel is a pleasure to the eyes. It has art on every corner and you can feel the history inside. We booked the suite which was amazing and spacious. The staff were very accommodating. The jewel of the hotel is the spa which sets on the top of the mountain and has a breathtaking view of the Bosphorus.

A truly charming hotel with a magnificent blend of modern and antique vibe. Situated on the shores of the Bosphorus away from the busy centre of Istanbul. Services were immaculate, breakfast was delicious and the variety of in house restaurants were both great and delicious.
