Lovely accommodation with enclosed garden space for our little dog to be able to run free safely. Adrian and Jane were very friendly and welcomed us with homemade bread and jam which was delicious. A good base for exploring Derbyshire.

Loved this place perfect as a starting point to visit Derbyshire, the hosts were lovely couldn't di enough for you, very rural and quiet.

Met by Adrian and Jane the owners, and the bottle of chilled wine was much appreciated thanks both, very understanding in more ways than one

Adrian and Jane are very kind, and made us and our dog feel very welcome (with a bottle of bubbly!) They love dogs and horses and this is the ideal place to stay if you have a dog - impossible for them to escape!

We would have liked to arrive a few days earlier, but they get booked up very early so we weren't able.

Relaxing outdoor space, friendly and warm hosts. Excellent accommodation. Looking to book again soon.

The location was good and accommodating was fair the scenery was in a quiet village with the converted stables into holiday let Local pub with excellent food and drink Ample parking

The old leather sofa not very comfortable and bed was two beds pushed together with a lumpy mattress and hard pillows. The shower really needs a rubber shower Matt and turning off the shower seems to be a odd way There was dust and clogged extractor in the bathroom

The hosts were so welcoming and the property and grounds were far above expectations. The cottage was absolutely spotless. We highly recommend this property.

Excellent location, peaceful and relaxing with easy access to all major tourist hotspots but more importantly Adrian and Jane were marvellous hosts. Prior to our arrival we received a comprehensive overview of our accommodation in relation to our stay and upon our arrival we knew exactly what to expect, except the accommodation exceeded our expectations! Adrian and Jane were marvellous, nothing was to much trouble, they really are lovely people, we could not of wished for more.

We had to change our plans due to the weather..the people were lovely about it. And offered a free extended stay..free of charge which was very kind!!

The property was superb, clean, brilliant and safe for my dog!! The hosts were the best l have ever encountered. They could not do enough to make our stay perfect.

Met outside by Adrian and Jane, social distancing was in place. They told us were the keys where and let us know that we could ask them for anything else we needed. Had received a very good info sheet prior to arrival. We were delighted with the bottle of chilled prosseco, home made bread and jam on arrival. We were also given a further loaf and offered more jam. Availability of Amazon really good. We used it when my niece and her family visited. Jane and Adrian kindly let the girls be there when horses were being fed and told them a bit about the horses. Kids are only 5 and 7. This was a really nice gesture. Our dog Mika was with us and she had a great time. Accommodation, location and hosts excellent. Would recommend and will return.
