My adult daughters and I stayed 2 nights at this condo. It was clean, comfortable and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed relaxing in the evenings after shopping and eating all day.

Three of us stayed here for a girls weekend. It was very roomy, comfortable and close to all of the places we wanted to visit. The unit was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything we needed. Just a couple of minor issues - the daybed was very squeaky and one of the bedroom lights needed some repair. They could also use some new towels. But other than these very minor things, the unit was a perfect place for our girls weekend! It is a corner unit, so there is lots of light. It was wonderful having the fireplace as one of the evenings was pretty chilly. I would absolutely stay here again!

The condo/location is nice. But I was appalled at the lack of response we received from the property management team. We discovered our first morning there that the coffee maker didn’t work. I reached out to vacasa (property management company) regarding this issue at 9:30 am. I was assured this would be taken care of right away, someone was going to bring us a new one that day. Needless to say that never happened. I reached out again that evening to request an update and still nothing! We never did receive a coffee maker so each morning we had to get up and drive to town for our coffee. Not something you want to do on a relaxing vacation. The joke was when we were leaving we passed the Vacasa office only a couple blocks away from the condo!! They could have brought a coffee maker anytime. We won’t go back to any property that’s managed by Vacasa!

The house was very clean. The house was very conveniently located within two blocks of downtown Douglas and an easy 2 minute drive to Saugatuck. The beds were super comfortable and the master bedroom had heated floor tile in the bathroom which was nice during our cold weekend. We will definitely be back.

Upon arrival the cleaning person was still there and we had to wait until after 4:30 to check in. There was a dirty water bottle under the bed and used soap and shampoo in the shower. There were no dish towels to wipe the counters with. We had a nice weekend and the cleaning person was running her butt off but why was she there so late?

We loved this property!
We really enjoyed the location of Beacon Court, as well as the fully stocked kitchen and large, spacious layout. The surrounding area is gorgeous. You can see the lake from the property, and it's quiet. Everything was clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable. We did not use the trundle bed, but it seemed like it would have been ok for kids.

Beautiful Condo in Douglas
We stayed in this condo for a short getaway weekend. It was lovely. Very clean and everything we could want or need. All the comforts of home and then some. The location was great. Easy walking distance into Douglas and even very walkable to Saugatuck where we enjoyed shopping and a late lunch. We also had a superb dinner at Borrowed Time in Douglas. Delightful! We'll return and would definitely stay at this condo again.

A perfect place to connect with family
I rented the Beacon Court Townhouse for my son and his family who were coming into Douglas for a wedding. It w as perfect. It was convenient to all of the planned events for the weekend and close to our condo, which is also in Douglas. The town house was beautifully appointed, felt like home and helped to connect our many family members who had been separated through most of this pandemic. It became a safe place to help us celebrate.

Nice stay.
Nice except the twin mattresses. Maybe fine for kids, but awful for adults. Noisy, saggy and poor quality. One room has no closet (it was locked for guest use) and no dresser or anywhere to store unpacked clothes. Also have to strip beds, throw towels in washer and take out garbage upon leaving. What’s the cleaning fee for?

The house is nice enough looking on the main level but outdated and underfurnished upstairs. The mattresses were really bad. No particular charm to the place. Wouldn’t recommend.

Everything was easy about this place. Easy to rent, loved the code for the door so easy to get in and out. Very clean, lots of space. Very bright and nice views. Quick walk to Douglas shops and easy drive to Saugatuck. Would stay again!

Great location, short walk to downtown Douglas restaurants. Spacious and clean unit. Master bedroom very large and comfortable. All the comforts and conveniences you need. Only issue is that the mattresses in the second and third bedrooms had noisy, waterproof vinyl mattress covers that were uncomfortable for sleeping. Probably need to be updated. Otherwise, great stay.

Washer was broken. I realize it was a holiday weekend so they couldn’t fix it until after our stay but I was promised a credit to which I never received. Traveling with a big family and not having access to convenient laundry is a major trip derailment for us. Would avoid vacasa in the future

When booking, I thought the rate was very reasonable. However, what I failed to realize was that the Owners fee, Booking fee, Cleaning fee, Service fee and all the taxes would almost double the rate. That being said, the house was very charming, clean & comfortable.

Great Getaway!!
Quick Family get away! We had a great time, the condo was as advertised! Only issues were windows were difficult to open and the jets did not work in the jetted tub! Neither were downers at all. Jetted tub would have been great after the beach hikes! Would pick the same place again! Very Comfortable!

Great stay
Had a great weekend with 4 adults, 4 kids here. Very clean and seamless entry.
Only issue was the WiFi was not that great, but outside of that, we had zero issues.
Kitchen was well stocked, and there were board games and beach toys for the kids.

Very cute condo in the heart of Douglas. Just a short walk or drive to Saugatuck. The condo had everything we needed. Very clean and well stocked. The mattresses are not the most comfortable, but that would be the only complaint.

Lovely Sunny Condo.
We were pleasantly surprised by the river views from the master bedroom and a little from the living room! The condo was as pictured and even nicer in person. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of three. The check in/check out process was very easy. We enjoyed The peacefulness of Douglas and the proximity to Saugatuck. It took about 6 minutes to bike over. It’s a great place!
