This is 2nd year in a row we have stayed here and will probably be a 3rd. Very clean accommodations. Great upgrades from last year to this year. Mitch is very responsive to any questions or requests you may have.

Easy searching through VRBO. Great communications with the owner. The facility allowed for total privacy: no check-in and check-out through a front desk. Very clean and efficiently/attractively appointed, more so than most places we’ve stayed. Thank you Mitch!.

Very clean and well-maintained condominium with an awesome ocean front view. Bay Watch resort has plenty of excellent amenities and the location in North Myrtle Beach is perfect. It was a pleasure renting from the property manager and communication was very prompt and polite. I would highly recommend this condominium to anyone seeking a memorable vacation experience!

When we arrived at the apartment it seemed very clean and at first we were very happy. That first evening and morning we spotted German cockroaches. I notified, Mitch. He said he would have the place sprayed. I asked him to notify me before anyone entered. We would be at the beach and come up quickly. We never got a call about the entrance. Mitch told us the exterminator already came while we were downstairs. WE ENDED UP CARRYING THE ROACHES HOME. Now I have to get my home exterminated. Mitch is acting like he doesn’t have a bug problem. He even said that roaches don’t attach to clothing, etc. so one can’t carry them home. This is not true. I sent several pictures and I have samples that I found in my home. Very upsetting to me. I would never stay at this condo.

This is a great place and room, excellent host easy to communicate with. No problems at all. Wish we lived closer so the trip would be shorter.

Handicapped parking was not the greatest and hard to get out of the one way exit. The parking garage was too far away from Tower I for us to park. ...but was grateful that we were allowed to bring our furry friend. All n all a nice condo.

Would definitely stay here again. Mitch was a great host and answered any questions we has within minutes. The view was perfect, the beach was away from the crowds and beautiful. So glad we opted for this location and condo. We will be back in the future!

The condo had amazing views, was clean and the perfect size for our family of 4. We have stayed at this resort before and new the amenities were amazing and it didn't disappoint again. We enjoyed walks on the beach and fishing at night.

We enjoyed the multiple outdoor pools the resort offers. The parking garage can be tricky but having patience helps. The condo was totally ready for us and met all our needs as a family of 3 for the week!

Great location

At first I thought this might be too good to be true, the process was way to easy and it looked so nice in pictures ... Once we arrived it was exatcly that. Easy and beautiful. Mitch was great, attentive and answered every question with out any hesitation. I appreciate the professionalism and the accuracy of the resort. Clean and sharp, new tech in the room and great views . Even has some beach equipment of us to use. if you're looking for a nice, quiet and clean place with out the hustle and bustle for all the other places in myrtle beach than this will be the one to go with. Very nice resort facility. The unit has a great view and is reasonably quiet. It is small and might feel crowded for more than two people. Note: there is no dishwasher, and we found the setup for manually washing dishes to be difficult.

This was our first stay at baywatch. Everything exceeded our expectations. Property was well maintained and our accommodations were outstanding. Cleanliness was exceptional. Mitch was very attentive to our needs and every detail was layed out perfectly.

Easy to access beach and the Property is close to so many things to do around Myrtle Beach. Well equipped kitchen but we didn't cook much.. Beach chairs and umbrella a bonus! Great condo for the price!

Space was exactly as listed, great ocean view, well stocked, balcony, comfortable bed, we enjoyed our stay.

Vehicle was vandalized. Received no communication from manager or police after leaving. Cost to repair vehicle was $2200.00. Condo was lovely and owner was great to work with.

This was a wonderful vacation at a beautiful place. Everything was very clean and very enjoyable. We will be back next year.

Traveled during COVID and the property was spotless. The bed was super comfy as well as the pillows. The view was amazing looking out over the ocean and high enough away from the pool noise. Communication with Mitchell and Joanne was a+++plus! Quick and responsive. Local recommendations were spot on. Kitchen was well stocked and living room furniture was comfortable. Will certainly consider staying here again. Book this! You will not be disappointed.

Everything was exactly as mentioned online listing. Great place to be on vacation, even with all the COVID stuffs going on. It was safe. Clean, everybody using masks, social distance, safety protocols done. About the apt. It is really cozy and clean, perfect to relax with the family. Nothing exaggerated, decoration, kitchen with all the basics. Excellent ! Recently renovated I believe. I recommend this place. Property owner really committed to make you feel comfortable and, communication was very clear, instructions for access. Great deal!

Nice location, great amenities, overall very clean but bathtub wasn't cleaned properly (hair left in tub).

We loved that this property was right on the beach, and also close to restaurants and shopping in town. We also enjoyed having several pools on the property, as well as a laundry facility and a gift shop. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dishes for cooking. The only thing we could have used was a regular broom to sweep up all the sand from our many beach days. Would definitely recommend this property!
