We were in LC to do some work on a property. It was so nice to be able to relax at the house! Especially the hot tub! And appreciated the overall comfort of the house! Also want to comment on the cleanliness of the house! Thank you!

Wonderful property. Loved the hot tub. The kitchen was best appointed kitchen I've ever stayed in - had everything I needed. The road can be a little busy but never had any issue getting out of the driveway. Convenient location as well.

The house is just what we are looking for. The house is decorated nicely for the holiday. We were exhausted from travelling with the dogs and looking forward to rest. The house did not disappoint. It was clean and comfy. Suzie was also a great host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hosts were very attentive and even left us brownies and chips and salsa! The house was beautiful with a hot tub and the hosts are very dog friendly which was nice for our doggies! We had a lovely stay!

Stayed with our dogs to attend a dog competition in Las Cruces. Everything was great, dogs loved the fenced yard. The humans enjoyed the accommodations too.

Cute place...felt like we were home. Kitchen fully stocked with everything that you might need...Backyard amazing to just sit and visit. Beds comfy and bathrooms spotless. When we go visit our Daughter again we will definitely stay again.

Excellent property and very accommodating host! We had a dog event in town and had quite a few dogs competing, the host allowed us to bring our dogs. We were so grateful for this! House was very clean and the yard was perfect for our dogs as well!

I want to start by saying we stay in short term rentals often and this was one of the best in it's price range. It was very clean, WELL stocked with everything we needed and the communication with the host was excellent. We were disappointed we didn't stay longer, normally we do a lot of cooking and this place would have been perfect. They had everything needed in the kitchen with quality cookware and plenty of everything. The spa was nice, worked as it should and the host even had brownie's and chips and salsa for us. The street it is on is busy but with a 25 mph speed limit it wasn't a problem for us. We will return at some point and look forward to staying here again. Thank you for your hospitality!

By far the best Vrbo we’ve stayed in . Fred and Suzie go to extraordinary measures to ensure your comfort and pease of mind. Extremely comfortable furniture, a well stocked kitchen, an abundance of towels and extra linens and a safe and secure home. I can’t say enough to convey what a wonderful time we had.

This was our 4th stay at this awesome Las Cruces VRBO! House is beautifully decorated and always very clean! All three bedrooms have very comfortable beds, and one bedroom has a large desk in it which is really helpful as my husband works remotely. Very large kitchen with nice appliances, plus a well stocked coffee bar! Host also provides a sweet home baked treat, plus chips and locally made salsa. Living room has very comfy couches and a large tv. The backyard is large and very private, has a covered patio and a 6 person hot tub under a cloth gazebo... also grill, smoker, patio furniture, and outdoor iron dining table for 4, with an umbrella. Wonderful home, well worth the price! Hosts and owners Suzie and Fred are always available if you need anything, and are very gracious hosts! We finally moved to Las Cruces, so we won't need to rent this home anymore, but I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a hot tub in a very private back yard! This home is getting booked very quickly, so suggest you book as far ahead of your dates as possible! Thanks for your wonderful hospitality, Suzie and Fred!!!

This was our 3rd time staying in this gem of a home! Beautifully decorated, centrally located, wonderful hot tub in large and private back yard, and very reasonably priced! Host Suzie and her husband are wonderful hosts and very responsive. Best VRBO we have EVER stayed in!!! Highly recommend!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. Our dog Pete also had a good time! The house is very nicely updated and the hosts were extremely hospitable. Everything was very clean and the place is well equipped. We especially enjoyed soaking in the hot tub each evening. We hope to stay here again in the future.

This area is very cool- lots of history, culture, good food and outdoor activities. White Sands is a must see and who knew this was a Mecca for pecans? The brownies, chips and salsa from the host were a big plus. The house is super clean and remodeled with expert workmanship. Hope we can come back.

The house was perfect for us, much nicer than we expected from the photos. It was clean, comfortable and centrally located with a secure yard for our pup. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fresh desert air. Thanks for a lovely visit.

We stayed for a week visiting Las Cruces, friends, etc. Had a good time and enjoyed the house very much. Very clean, nicely decorated and furnished, and lots of amenities. (Our second year there.)

The property upon pulling up was very well maintained, with green grass and flowers. Entering the home was delightful. Its was a comfortable temperature, as it was hot outside. Walking through the house it smelled cleaned and was very tidy. Going through the kitchen on the table was soppaillas, empanadas and chips and salsa. It was such a welcoming sight after driving several hours. The hostess was easily reachable and responded quickly and had many suggestions and all around very helpful. We come to Las Cruces often and always stayed at a motel, no more we will stay here. Thank you Suzie and Fred Flores.

It was in on a busy street. The accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. Would recommend it to my friends. Very pet friendly which our dog liked. Very close to Starbucks and gas and restaurants. 5 minutes from the Pan Am Center where the concert was. Very nice experience

This is a very well taken care of home in a central location to everything in Las Cruces. Everything in LC is within a 5-10 min drive. The house is way bigger than it looks in the pictures and from the street. We loved our stay and want to come back again. Great hosts! Thanks!

This house had everything we needed. The owner made sure that everything was in order and we felt right at home. She was so kind to leave us chips, salsa, and empanadas from local merchants. We actually got to enjoyed grilling burgers and hot dogs. The best part was being able to watch some fireworks right from the back yard. I would definitely consider returning for another stay. I would give it a five out of five stars.

House was exactly as described, super clean, comfortable, and came well equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Awesome response time with any communication with the hosts. The house had everything we could need. It was clean and nicely furnished. This was our second time staying here for a weekend swim meet at NMSU. Our family of 4 sleeps so much better in a house than a hotel and sleep is important for the kids competition. Only note is for any young kids: the front bedroom has glow-in-the-dark handprints above the bed. It only activates if you run the main overhead light before bedtime. It looks a little freaky though, so if you have a young kid I suggest you use the beside lamp only before bedtime. We didn't use the hottub nor bring any pets, but we know that accommodation is there if you need it.

Home is even better than the pictures. This Las Cruces home is quite large and spacious. The master bedroom even worked for us as a bedroom and gym as we had Fortune equipment and trained on our iPad with a trainer out of state. The kitchen is well equipped and the two smaller bedrooms, which we did not use except once as an office, or also large enough for bigger groups.

Check in and out were a breeze! This home was very clean and had all of the amenities that we could ever need. Plenty of towels, amazingly stocked kitchen. We just came for the weekend but would’ve loved to stay longer.

The house was very nice and was stocked nicely with everything we needed. Bed and furniture was very comfortable. House is in an older area and quite a few of the surrounding homes are not well maintained. We didn’t feel 100% comfortable in this neighborhood.
