Se quedaron con mi fianza de 1000php Tienen un horario limitado de recepción, teniamos que hacer el chek out pronto para coger barco y vuelo ese dia. Nos indicaron que nos devolverian el deposito la noche anterior, pero al ir a cogerlo la recepción ya estaba vacia. Les di mi cuenta del banco pero me decian que en filipinas no existe y no pueden hacer transferencia. Me ofrecian opciones de reembolso filipinas con apps que yo no tengo acceso por lo que me quedo sin solución y sin dinero

The villa was the perfect size for two adults and our baby. It's absolutely amazing to wake up and be able to go straight out to take a dip in your own private pool. Water was a nice temperature. The breakfast was great as well. They mix it up every day, so you always get something new. The beds are super comfy! I would definitely recommend staying here!

I guess it is to be expected in the provinces, but we had to deal with A LOT of ants around the kitchen and outside dining area. We visited a bit out of peak season, and the staff were incredibly nice - however, we wish house keeping would be more structured. Sometimes, it took several hours for them to pick up the breakfast when we were done. They don't serve anything else than breakfast. Anything else you want, mango shake, cold soda, lunch snack, etc. is all something that has to be ordered through a delivery service or bought outside and bring it back home. I would have rated the whole trip 10/10 if it had been possible to make some small orders for fresh shakes or small meals directly at the villas.

Breakfast served one by one and took 15-20 mins before they delivered the next one to the point that the first one they delivered is called already and lots of flies .

Spacious and attractive. The staff worked hard to please us but the negatives of the place far outweighed the positives. The fan in the outside dining area was not working and couldn’t be fixed during our week long stay. We ended up with lots of flies in the area during eating time.

The pool was too deep. I’m a little over 5 feet and I couldn’t have a leisurely dip because it was over my head. Nor could I eat my breakfast in the pool, as advertised. The place lacked simple amenities, like a chair I could use for work or a phone to reach the front desk easily. The breakfast was very disappointing. Considering the price of the accommodations, I was expecting fresh juice rather than powdered. And the oatmeal we requested was not edible. Parking was also a challenge.
