Was able to easily reach the manager when I needed urgent help

There was no parking as stated on the booking. only street parking down the road. The number to the key code box I was sent was wrong, there were people in the house already who wouldn't open the door to me. I was struggling to get into the property. Eventually, someone opened the door and said that the keys are in the bedroom door upstairs. This meaning if there was no one in I would not have been able to get into the property. the room was basic, that was okay as I was only there for work. The bed had been slept in as the sheets were crumpled and there was hair in the bed and on the pillow. no WiFi as stated when I ticked Wifi and parking with my choice of booking.

It was smellie and the front and the back garden looked like something out of Steptoe and Son, but worse. The fact that someone had slept in the bed before me, made me feel horrified, I nearly went and looked for somewhere else to stay, only that it was 21;30 and I was just done a 12-hour shift and had to get up at 06.30 to do another.

it is not what is stated. not single bed, the door cannot be locked properly and the environment is not hygienic

The toilets look like I was peeing in a crack house

The bed was comfortable but everywhere looked like a state
