Waterfront/Lakefront Dream Vacation!!
Dès que vous franchissez la porte, vous serez captivé par la vue. Notre maison est située sur l'un des plus beaux lacs de Cape Coral. Il dispose de 3 chambres et de 2 salles de bains et d'une cuisine bien équipée. Une piscine chauffée et un grand quai pour pêcher ou tout simplement se détendre au bord de l'eau. La véranda a beaucoup d'espace pour disposer et profiter du soleil ou rester à l'ombre et divertir.
La cuisine offre une vue magnifique sur le lac. Il possède une fenêtre à passe margarita et une porte coulissante en verre pour un accès aisé à vos invités. Il y a beaucoup de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine parmi lesquels choisir. Le coin cuisine a aussi une table pouvant accueillir 4 personnes, mais il y a une table pour 6 personnes à l'extérieur pour vraiment profiter de ces soirées SW Florida.
Le salon dispose d'un canapé en cuir confortable et d'une causeuse pour tous les instants de détente. Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 60 pouces et d'un lecteur DVD pour des soirées cinéma calmes ou peut être un lieu de rassemblement idéal avec vos autres clients.
La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size moelleux pour une bonne nuit de sommeil reposante. Du lit, vous avez une vue imprenable sur le lac à travers la grande baie vitrée. Il y a aussi un grand placard principal pour accueillir tous vos effets personnels. La chambre a également une télévision à écran plat pour votre plaisir.
Une des chambres a un lit queen size face à une porte coulissante en verre qui donne sur la véranda spacieuse et la toile de fond du lac. Cette chambre dispose également d'une télévision à écran plat pour votre plaisir.
La troisième chambre d'amis a deux lits jumeaux et une télévision.
Le garage est équipé d'une laveuse et sécheuse pour votre usage. Il a également 2 kayaks et 2 vélos avec casques pour vos excursions en plein air. Les jouets de la piscine sont également situés dans le garage.
La véranda a un barbecue Weber que vous pouvez utiliser pour profiter de fabuleux repas tout en visitant la retraite du lac Mohave.

This house is beautiful. I would recommend this home to anyone who is looking around the area. The pool was nice, comfortable beds, the AC worked great, and it had more than we expected. We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful home on Lake Mojave. The house was spacious with a beautiful view. The pool was wonderful! They had all the extras you could hope for—kayaks, paddle boards, fishing gear, bikes, and all the beach gear you need. Thanks for a terrific vacation!

This trip was one that I took with my two oldest granddaughters 19 and 16. Just the three of us. I picked this house because it had kayaks, fishing poles, bicycles, and a pool. We mainly just used the fishing poles and the pool and if we had more time, because a week is never enough, I’m sure they would’ve gotten the kayaks out too. It was so great to come home every day after exploring the surrounding area and just swim in the pool with them. The three of us tried to think of a negative, and we couldn’t come up with anything. The only negative is we don’t live there full-time. This house had everything we needed and then some. The neighborhood is quiet and there isn’t a lot of traffic on the street outside. I would recommend this to every one of my family members and I hope to go back again and take my younger grandkids. Thank you so much for opening your house up to people. It was a trip that we will always remember.

My kids wanted a house to stay at where they could swim and do other activities. My kids went kayaking , paddle boarding, and fishing on the dock, they went on a short bike ride, and were in the swimming in the pool a lot. This house provided it all! It is a short drive to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers and we even drove up to Seista Keys for the day. The owners had beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler for us to use for those days. Honestly you could just show up with clothes, food and sunblock because the owners provided everything else. I would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean and well kept, and the owners responded quickly to any questions I had. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Pool was great! House was very comfortable with everything we needed. The view of the lake was idyllic. We made good use of the water toys on the lake too! And rode the bikes around the neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked and comfortable to navigate with everything labeled. The owners were communicative, and we didn't want for anything!

But the construction works across the street,new building, were very loud.
In the evening when the construction works were over, started the neighbor with noisy gardening and working at his home.

"Christmas Week at the Lake - Perfect for Relaxing and Having Fun!”
Our Christmas week at this lakeside rental was amazing! The calm atmosphere was a break from our regular routine. The views from the property were stunning, making it a great place to unwind and feel refreshed.
Being outside was the best part. We had lots of space to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Whether we were sitting on the deck or just enjoying the sunshine.
There were so many things to do! We went biking, kayaking, walking and we especially loved fishing and spent a lot of time doing it.
We would definitely come back here again. We made so many great memories, and we're already thinking about our next visit to this perfect lakeside spot.

The location is perfect for driving to the islands. Grocery stores and restaurants are close with many choices available. Spent a lot of time in the pool and really enjoyed having the TV on the patio to enjoy during morning coffee. Neighborhood was nice and easy access to highways and the airport. We would rent again.

Stayed 8 days with 6 people ages 6-68. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Comfortable and fun home In a very quiet neighborhood. Not a far drive to entertainment. It is on fresh water so you'll catch mostly bass and no salt water fish if that's what you're after. However, one could easily take the rods and tackle and find a place to fish on salt water from shore.

We were looking for a quiet vacation retreat. We got that. The house was as advertised. Very organized kitchen! All the drawers are clearly labeled ! We were concerned about what to expect as it was post Hurricane Ian and there were no reviews after that date. O need for concern the house was in good condition.
Property owners were quick to respond. There are clear instructions throughout the home.
The owners even bumped up the pool temp but it was a losing battle as we picked the coldest Dec in 40 years come to Fl. Normally its much warmer.
My only suggestion is that the second bedroom carpet needs a quick steam clean. Still I give it a 5 star rating

This is our first time renting a VRBO and it was perfect! We were in town for a baseball tournament and the location to the fields was perfect. The house was super clean and comfortable for our family of 3. Our son loved being able to kayak over to friends who were staying nearby.
