Given the price of the property per night, the surcharge for laundry, the CHF 1 per coffee capsule, and the extensive list of rules and obligations (under threat of extra charges) was disappointing. This is the first time I've seen anything like that, and I've stayed in a lot of properties.

Great living space with everything in good working order. Excellent personal touch. Laundry facilities available to guests.

House has a great and very quiet location above the city with a magnificent view. Accommodation is very comfortable, all new, nice and clean. Breakfast, dinner or just leisure while reading or having coffee at the terrace with sunshields was astonishing. Fully recommended.
