This cottage was very clean and comfortable. It's right across from City Place, walkable to Clematis Street, and a short drive from spots like Howley's and Havana Restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay. It was a great size house for the three of us. We were close to anything we wanted to do (within 10 minutes). We had great communication with the host, who always responded quickly. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Home was in great location. Walking distance to so many awesome restaurants, etc. Home was very clean and exactly as listed.

This place was pefect in every way. Five star plus! Our host was awesome supplying everything plus extra details and was responsive to every text. The home is very close to downtown and an easy walk which is closer to walk than driving, about 2 block walk to CityPlace. Safe walk as well. There's also a nice park a block away. Loved the neighborhood and house. Nice large patio outdoor area to enjoy with plenty of seating. Beds and furnishing very tasteful and comfortable. Love this place. Has that historic character for the area. Wish I lived there. I'll be back.

This was our second stay here, and the property was once again the perfect location for this visit. The house is clean, spacious, and has all the amenities necessary to allow total relaxation. It is situated in a safe and historical neighborhood that is meant for walking, yet also easily accessible on foot to shops, restaurants, the excellent Norton museum, and other sites of interest. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! The space is just as the photos show…or even better! The location is excellent and the property manager responded promptly when we were trying to figure out how to add dates to our stay….definitely will be back!

This is a beautiful property in an excellent location with a great outdoor area to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Our host was extremely responsive and very thoughtful. The place was immaculate and had many amenities. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms has space and great water pressure. I would definitely recommend this property.

We had a conference at the convention center and decided to give this a try based on the location. It was so close we only had a 5 min walk! The home was very clean and the PM was very responsive. Would certainly recommend this property as a better and cheaper option than any hotel close by!

Spotlessly clean, really well equipped, spacious house. Everything works perfectly - AC, WiFi, kitchen appliances etc. Lovely little touches like welcome drinks in the fridge. Quiet and pleasant neighborhood in a perfect location for the Convention center and City Place shops & restaurants, There is an easy walking route that doesn't show on google maps - the convention center is literally 5 minutes walk away. Highly recommended!

This house looks exactly as advertised. Walking distance to Rosemary Square downtown which is amazing. The short walk was wonderful with streets lined with cute dollhouse/cottage style homes. Very safe despite what one might think being in the heart of downtown. Train nearby comes thru at night but hardly notice as no whistle blows and the house is solid. So peaceful and quiet. Both bedrooms have a private bath which are both extremely roomy. The only issue we had is the sheets not staying on the beds when sleeping. Love and appreciate that the mattresses are enclosed in plastic for sanitary purposes but really needs mattress pads as well to help the sheets “stick”. Not a huge deal just annoying during the night. A handrail would be helpful at the front steps for those of us with some age on us lol. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone considering W Palm Beach area.

The backyard is amazing and such a fun area to spend time, on top of it being incredibly close to everything, and the owner is so quick to respond and super helpful!

We were visiting family in the Flamingo Park area, which is a very safe and charming neighborhood, and within a 10 minute walk to Rosemary Square. The property was large with a great back yard for sunning, and quiet. The house had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, and looks exactly as advertised. A special thanks to the host who managed to get a broken AC part replaced on a Sunday! Would definitely stay here again.

Friend and I stayed here to escape the cold while working from home. It was the perfect, quiet location, and was very clean and spacious. Was a very short walk to Rosemary Square with plenty of great restaurants, and a Publix. Would definitely stay here again.
