Beautiful Palmetto Dunes 3 BR Villa, Overlooks Golf Course and Walk To Beach
Bienvenue!! Venez vous détendre et vous détendre dans la communauté fermée désirée de Palmetto Dunes, sur la magnifique île Hilton Head. Cette villa est une unité de fin de deux étages et est située dans un quartier calme et isolé. Il est très propre et a été récemment mis à jour. Il propose 3 chambres, 3, 5 salles de bains et une nouvelle cuisine avec des appareils en acier inoxydable.
Le premier étage offre une grande chambre, une grande suite parentale, une salle de bain séparée hors du salon et une buanderie. Le salon a une grande télévision avec un placard plein de jeux, de livres et de films pour les soirées ou les temps d'arrêt. Il est confortable et lumineux avec de grandes fenêtres et des portes coulissantes en verre menant à un patio privé donnant sur le parcours de golf Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront. Le patio est équipé d'un grill extérieur et d'un coin repas supplémentaire. Hors du salon est une nouvelle cuisine entièrement équipée avec un bar et une salle à manger. La suite principale a un lit king size, une télévision et des portes coulissantes en verre menant à un autre patio donnant sur le golf.
Au deuxième étage, deux chambres supplémentaires et un bureau. Une chambre a un lit queen et l'autre a deux lits doubles et un canapé-lit pour un espace de couchage supplémentaire. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain, télévision, ainsi que sa propre terrasse privée donnant sur le golf. Le palier a une zone d'étude pour un espace calme pour lire ou les enfants pour jouer à des jeux.
La villa est à quelques pas de la piscine privée de Water Oaks et à cinq minutes à pied pour accéder à des miles de belles plages de sable blanc, au lagon de 11 miles où vous pourrez pêcher ou explorer en canoë ou en kayak. Il est également situé au centre et donne accès à des kilomètres de pistes cyclables, à 25 courts de tennis et à 3 parcours de golf. Le buggy Dunes gratuit vous emmènera dans un certain nombre de zones, y compris Shelter Cover, où vous trouverez des magasins, des restaurants et des divertissements pendant les mois d'été.

This family vacation was our first in a very long time even though as my children were young Hilton Head was our yearly vacation spot. This lovely condo was perfect for our needs! Nicely appointed and not too far to walk to the beach.This was a great vacation experience and a much needed time to reconnect with each other in a beautiful and comfortable setting.

Enjoyed a family reunion where every family had a place to stay close by. Walk to beach is ~1/2 mile but pool was just steps away. Nice updates in unit and owners were excellent communicators.

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Hilton Head! The condo was clean, organized, and had everything we needed! We enjoyed trips to the beach, evening walks for ice cream at the General Store, and everything in between!

Our family loved our 4th of July weekend here. Beautiful well stocked condo within easy walk of the pool and beach. Excellent location for shopping and sightseeing!

We walked in to an immaculate home. Everything you needed to vacation. Everything was in walking distance….the pool, beach, restaurants and general store. Just a short drive to Harbor Town for shops, and a variety or boating excursions and water sports.

Villa was very clean and the location to the beach was FANTASTIC!!! Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Loved the pool. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We sure enjoyed our month in your condo. Property manager was easy to work with. We loved watching the golfers, biking, pickle, swimming and walking on the beach.

The location was great. The condo was beautiful. This was our first time at Hilton Head and were very happy with the property. The location was great being close to the beach, close to the court complex, and close to golf. We rented bikes for the week and were able to explore many areas of the island from the property. The weather was not on our side, but we had a great place to stay. It was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids, everyone got their own bed and the bathroom for each room was awesome! We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to go back.
The beach item closet was the best I have seen, so clean and organized and really had everything, it was a great help in saving us cargo space to not have to bring anything.
A couple suggestions:
-While the kitchen was fully stocked, it would have been nice to have a griddle to cook breakfast on for our family.
-Stocking the beach closet with some basic tennis racquets and pickleball paddles with some balls would have been helpful for the casual family who wants to do those activities but doesn't have them (we packed our own)
-We had one small issue with the number falling off the main door keypad and we couldn't get it without it. Luckily we found it on the ground each time. Contacted the property manager and did get contacted back but it was never addressed or fixed during our visit.

The property is convenient to all the Palmetto Dunes amenities as well as Shelter Cove. The home is a nice size with place for everything you need to store and use.

One small suggestion - there was a bunch of great info printed out on the table when we got there; it’d be great if that could be put online so we can read it ahead of time/have it handy to reference if needed (perhaps VRBO doesn’t have that functionality?).

We really enjoyed this property. Plenty of room for the family and well stocked and comfortable. Beautiful golf course view and easy walk to the beach! Any issues we had during our stay were quickly addressed. Would love to stay again!

Had a great time at Hilton Head and the condo was perfect for our girls getaway. Great location and enough space for 6 adults and one grand. Kitchen stocked with all we needed for food prep and the location was beautiful beside the golf coarse. Easy access to the beach and nice area for walking / biking also. Easy check in and communication with owner/manager was above expectations. Thanks for the hospitality and we’ll be back!!!

The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. Very cute and updated as well. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach and that was pulling beach wagons. Much quicker on bikes. Pool appx 40 yards from the unit. The back patio looks onto the golf course. We really enjoyed this unit and would love to stay here again!

We had a great time staying here with family. Our group had 4 small children and several adults. There was plenty of space for us all. The beach was a short bike ride away, and town was an easy drive. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

This is our 2nd year at Palmetto Dunes and enjoyed our stay in Kristine’s property. We were thrilled so see it had been updated this year! It made our vacation even better to be in a beautifully decorated villa.
Location is perfect- far enough from the front areas to be very quiet, but a very quick bike ride away to the local beach access. If you are walking, maybe 10 minute walk to that access. We also rode bikes to the General Store and to access island bike paths.
This villa is located on the golf course, which was new for us. We did have to be aware of an occasional golf ball, carts/people near the back yard. It didn’t bother us but others might want to be aware. The pool was not open during our stay, which we knew from previous visits would be the case.
We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Palmetto Dunes. Our place for the week was beautiful. We were right on the golf course. It was very peaceful. The weather was great. We only had one rainy afternoon but it cleared up for us. The beach was awesome.

We LOVED our family vacation at this home. Kristine was very easy to community with, accommodated another day for us even! The home is lovely- from the decor to the view. The beach is a easy walk, even with 3 kids. Recommend you make dinner reservations before you come down!

The Property has very clean. We liked that there was a separate thermostat and ac unit for each room. Easy access to beach and the shuttle made it convenient for elderly family that was with us to get around.

Comfortable and well equipped.
The villa was well equipped and a in a great location on the island to get to all of our family reunion events. Easy walk to the beach and the pool was only yards away. The host and manager were very nice and quick to respond to inquiries.

Amazing Condo
Our stay was amazing! The communication with Michelle was great, I loved she checked in with us before, during and after we left. The space was perfect for our family and being able to all be together for our 32nd wedding anniversary. The amenities were awesome and the short walk to the beach was perfect! Thank you so much! I can’t say enough good things!

Beautiful Spacious Condo with Great Amenities
Our family of 4 had an amazing getaway at this condo. The condo is so beautifully decorated and very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything needed for basic cooking during your stay.
The resort itself is beautiful with lots of great amenities and gorgeous views. The walk to the beach isn't bad, but we rented bikes and found that to be a very easy way to and from the beach with our small children.
We highly recommend this condo and hope to return soon!
