Space was clean, hosts upstairs were nice and accommodating to needs.

This is a great place to stay if you're going to ski the SLC ski areas. The space was clean and the kitchen area was well equipped for light meals. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was excellent for relaxing after a long day of skiing. The hosts were gracious and friendly.

The finished basement looked new and very clean. The hosts live in the home above and are very nice and welcoming. Good location to the Cottonwood canyons. The big projector on the wall is nice.

Hosts were very friendly and attentive! The space was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the projector TV. The town of Sandy has a huge selection of stores and restaurants, plus getting to the mountains is quite easy. Was a great stay.

My family had a wonderful stay. The space was just as described. It was well appointed and had just the right "feel at home" touches, although i can attribute that feeling of being right at home to the hosts who we just fantastic hosts. We had a small hiccup when checking in but they helped us through it and just welcomed us right into the home as if we were old friends. Wonderful people. Back to the suite, it was very clean and having the full washer and dryer was great and super helpful. We are particular about how well a space is cleaned as that is really make or break for us and we were pleased with the space was in great shape, clean, and well maintained. The projector TV was a very nice and welcome touch as well and very easy to use. Location is great and close to so many restaurants and easy drive to several ski resorts.

Awesome place to stay! Quick access to Little Cottonwood Canyon (LCC) skiing. We hot tubbed every night and having the movie projector was nice. Ken was chatty, insightful and even let us park in the garage and use some of his tools to perform a minor car repair during a rain storm.

Spacious basement apartment, great hot tub, one mile to excellent Harmon's grocery store. Close to fantastic Indonesian restaurant MakanMakan. Kitchen is not really for cooking. No dishwasher, dish rack, or freezer. Small refrigerator. Bathroom is in one of the two bedrooms. Great full wall projector TV. Heather and Ken are great hosts, super friendly and ready to help with anything. Huge, comfortable beds. Great value, close to the Cottonwood ski resorts.

The check in process was super simple, the space was beyond our expectations, from the beds, TVs, hot tub, full washer and dryer, and best of all the host! Host were super friendly, and engaged in conversation every time we seen each other, and made up genuinely made us feel at home! 10/10 booking their space, because we most definitely will if we are ever in the area again!

I would definitely go back to this place. Good location for getting around SLC and Big and Little (when it’s open) Cottonwood Canyons. Hosts were very kind and helpful, kitchen well equipped for “light” cooking, and beds/furniture very comfortable!

Heather was a great host! She welcomed four skiers into her lovely home. The location is great to resorts, food, and other amenities — you’ll have everything you need for your stay. We’ll look to stay here again for our next trip!

Hosts were very nice and communicative, we enjoyed our stay and the place was as described. 1 small thing to note is the bathroom is connected to one of the bedrooms so you have to go through the room to get to the bathroom. I think the pictures show this but we didn’t realize till we got there

Drove to SCL for a long weekend of mt biking. This place is perfect. Super comfortable place. Easy access. Super friendly hosts. Great place to park. Great neighborhood. Close to great restaurants. I’d definitely stay here again. Maybe for a ski trip next time!

I initially chose this location due to its proximity to the ski resorts. The space was well appointed, roomy and well kept. The hosts welcoming and made sure we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

It meet all our needs. Host were polite and available as needed. The kids loved the projection equipment in the living room. The Harry Potter toy area was also a hit! Everything was comfortable. Slots on information in the house manual. We didn’t realize you had to go into the sin house to get to the basement (this was included in the listing). However, was super comfortable accessing the sweet, entrence is right by the main door. If this is holding you back, it really shouldn’t!

The place turned out to be much bigger than I expected, me and my 14 y. o. son had a great time there. Perfect if you are planning to ski in Snowbird/Alta, as well as Brighton and Solitude. Recommended!

2 friends and I stayed here on a girls weekend to Snowbird and Alta. The location was great, and we were able to get to the mountains in about 30 min without traffic. Heather was a great host and super responsive. A hot tub is a always a game changer on ski trips, and this one did not disappoint. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful clean basement apartment. 2 nice cozy bedrooms with a large bath. Location convenient to the shuttle or driving to the ski areas. Lots of food choices in the area. Great Wi-Fi with a huge projector TV set up. Kids and I loved watching some movies. Fresh towels and linens. No stove but a nice half size refrigerator.

The hosts were welcoming, the whole basement comfortable and clean. The hot tub was working and hot, and the location was convenient to get up big or little cottonwood to go skiing. Even got some home made cookies from the hosts!

This basement apartment was really a home away from home for me, and amazing to take advantage of flexible work remote days during the ski season. Large comfortable living room space to relax, hot tub, kitchen well equipped. Comfortable beds, huge entertainment center. The hosts even made me cookies and helped me put chains on my car during my stay! Incredible stay

We enjoyed our stay in this house. The instructions were easy to follow on how to get to this basement hideaway. The location was perfect for us and our hiking plans. The hosts were very nice and it was a pleasure to meet them.

We felt right at home with Ken and Heather. They were there if we needed them and always ready to help answer questions or just chat. The big screen is fun to watch.

This rental was easy to book. I'm very grateful the owners rented out this space in thier home to us. They were very pleasant and accommodating. Heather even found and returned my wife's diamond earing (thank you so much). The spacious two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and jacuzzi were way better than any hotel room. It was perfect for our family ski trip. We had a short drive to any of the resorts. It is probably my favorite basement ever.
