Cozy private basement suite with separate entrance, GREAT neighborhood! We own!
Profitez du café du matin ou du thé de l'après-midi dans cette charmante suite au sous-sol de 850 pieds carrés située dans un quartier historique de Charlotte. Juste à pied du Symphony Park et du centre commercial Southpark. Super endroits pour manger / boire tout autour. Asseyez-vous sur la balançoire et regardez les oiseaux et les écureuils jouer à Brier Creek à l'arrière, ou prenez votre petit déjeuner sous le pont couvert. Entrée privée & fermée de la maison principale. Chambre Queen, salle de bain attenante, salon et buanderie. Jouez au jeu de palets, jouez à un jeu de société ou regardez Netflix sur le canapé confortable près de la cheminée. Matelas gonflable complet disponible sur demande. Petit frigo / congélateur, évier, micro-ondes, etc. La salle de bain complète s'ouvre sur la chambre privée et sur le salon principal. Salle de lavage complète pour que vous puissiez utiliser.
Sous-sol aménagé avec terrasse couverte où vous pourrez griller tout en admirant la vue sur Brier Creek. Ceci est une belle maison de 2 étages. Nous vivons à l'étage et avons bloqué un espace complètement séparé pour votre vie privée. Veuillez noter que vous pourriez nous entendre nous bousculer ou entrer ou sortir du garage.
La cour arrière est toujours en fleur et belle. Cadre très paisible. S'il vous plaît n'hésitez pas à laver et sécher vos vêtements dans notre salle de lavage. Vous pouvez me demander d'allumer le foyer à gaz et de jouer à des jeux de société sur la grande table basse ou de regarder un film sur Netflix. Bon signal WiFi.
Vous pourrez accéder au sous-sol complet avec votre propre clé. L'entrée est à l'arrière de la maison. Vous pouvez vous garer devant et descendre l'allée (assez raide!) à l’arrière (la porte est ouverte) ou tirez-vous en arrière pour vous garer sous le pont à l’entrée du sous-sol. Faites attention si vous traînez car l'entrée du portail est étroite. De plus, faites attention en entrant et en sortant de l'allée car il y a un assez grand dépôt ... allez-y doucement. La porte d'accès en haut est verrouillée.
Je vous laisserai les instructions pour accéder aux clés et vous donnerai les coordonnées de la personne qui gérera la liste pour moi.

This is an excellent property in a very nice area of Charlotte. As a single woman, I felt extremely safe, which is very important to me. The host is extremely accommodating and responsive, everything I needed was supplied and the space was quiet, clean, and cozy. I highly recommend this property.

Very nice place very clean. Great host. I had a difficult time with the lockbox but host contacted a super nice nice neighbor who helped out. A few suggestions would be nice to have had a hair dryer, and rather than a toaster an air fryer combo unit would be welcome. Host had some very nice touches with extra toiletries in the bathroom. We have stayed many places and this was perfect. Normally I do pros and cons as everyone has them. This stay was all pros however. Clean, dark bedroom, nice neighborhood, convenient location. Drew was very accommodating and anything you need was available. I enjoyed morning coffee on the swing while listening to the birds. Thank you.

This property was perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood is lovely, there’s plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable, and the gardenias by the driveway smell glorious!
The host was detailed with the check-in/check-out process, and they checked on us throughout our stay. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet them, but they were very easy to reach, if we had a question.
We highly recommend this property.

This was just the right place for us. We were in town for a NFL game and the property is less than 15 minutes from the stadium downtown. We will stay here again. The guest suite was awesome and Drew was great to work with too!

Perfect location for us. We were able to walk to shops and the care center we visited a family member in. This was a huge plus when our rental car didn't pan out. The setup is roomy clean and cozy. The owner was very resonsive during the whole process. We love the idea of renting from an owner as opposed to a corporation. And it's a beautiful neighborhood. A great experience. We hope to be back.

I had a break between work where I wanted to stay in Charlotte and Drew's place did not disappoint. I had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and met my needs. It is in a very nice and safe neighborhood where I felt safe walking around to get some exercise. The neighborhood is filled with hills, beautiful homes, and lots of people walking their dogs. Drew was a great host. He met me when I arrived to show me how to use the washer/dryer and checked in on me to see if I needed anything later in my stay. All the furniture was very comfortable - bed, couch. The TV having a firestick was great too. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

Excellent place for short-term stay. We were visiting a relative at an assisted-living facility, and were away from the VRBO most of the time. The place was clean, bed was very good, bathroom and shower were very nice. No kitchen facilities but we had coffee, cereal and snacks. TV was OK. Restaurants were plentiful and excellent in quality. We would stay there again.

A perfect hideaway peacefully situated next to a wooded creek in a neighborhood that has easy access to the best of South Park. I recommend Undercurrent Coffee which is a little bit of a drive but goes through Queens, which is a nice stretch of road. Would recommend staying here.

We only stayed 1 night but it was lovely! Drew gave us good directions on how to get there. It's tucked into a little neighborhood and it was so quiet. The place itself had a neat den to hang out in. Bed was comfortable and amenities were great. We would definitely stay here again, even though Drew is a hokie. 🙂

Drew’s space is the perfect place for a weekend away in Charlotte! We were in town for a bridal shower nearby and it was the perfect location for activities in Southpark! The neighborhood is so charming and Drew is the perfect host. He always made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to provide accommodations! It’s probably better for those traveling with cars as it’s not in a walkable area, but we made it work with Uber/Lyft just fine! We would absolutely stay in this vrbo again!

This is a very nice, private location.
The space was comfy, clean and the owners were great.
Couple of small things; don’t use poly blend sheets, felt like there was sand in the bed. Luckily there was an extra set of cotton sheets.

Lovely stay!
Drew was quick to respond and very helpful and accommodating! He came down and lit the fireplace for us upon arrival (we asked!) The space had a sort of “mountain home” vibe that we loved and we had fun attempting to play shuffle board. The area was spacious and clean and there were even extra supplies/toiletries in the bathroom in case you forgot something! The house is located VERY close to the SouthPark area where there is lots of fun dining and shopping (which we took advantage of!) There was even a notebook full of suggestions from Drew about where to eat and things to do in the greater Charlotte area. Only wish I could have stayed more than a night!

Short but pleasant visit
My wife and I booked Drew's place to stay over night as we were passing through the area. The unit we stayed in was perfect and Drew was a very gracious and accommodating host. Parking was easy and right next to the entrance. The backyard was park-like and very peaceful, even backing up to a small creek! We met briefly with Drew and found out we were within a 10 minute walk to several options for dinner and the walk was very nice though a very charming and quiet neighborhood. Just what we needed after a long day's drive. Thanks Drew!

The property was perfect, the neighborhood was perfect, the location was perfect. 10/10. The place was exactly as described and we had everything we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer and hope to stay again next time we're in Charlotte. Drew was an awesome host. He was so nice and personable and very easy to talk to. Our weekend was perfect.
