South Hills Rose house
Une maison de trois chambres fraîchement mise à jour nichée dans le flanc des collines sud d'Eugene. Entouré de magnifiques plantes matures et d'une vue magnifique. c'est un endroit confortable pour se détendre et se relaxer. Le sentier de randonnée de Spencer Butte et certaines parties du sentier Ridgeline sont à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons. Les lignes de bus, les épiceries et 2 restaurants sont facilement accessibles à pied depuis la porte d'entrée. L'Université de l'Oregon, le terrain Hayward et le stade Autzen sont facilement accessibles en voiture, mais vous serez bien loin de l'agitation.

When i attempted to connect to the info on the VRBO i requently failed and got a message that said, Sorry somethingwent wrong on our part....

This was a great place. We had my mom staying with us so the bedroom with the halfbath and attached little office/tv area was perfect for her. Sort of gave her own space. Thank you Juan

Everything was very good. The only suggestion was to have a more 'non-skid ' bathmat in the tub. We really liked the Keurig coffee and the pears in the back yard..! We hope Juan liked us and would be willing to accept us as clients in the future... The location was ideal with respect to our children's house. Thanks You!

Cute neighborhood in the South Hills, not far from downtown Eugene. Comfortable and clean. Yard and furnishings could use a little TLC but very functional overall.

Great house for families or friends
As a group of four (a couple and two solo travelers) this house was exactly what we needed. The house was clean, the beds comfortable and the rooms quiet. The location was perfect for us - the event we attended was nearby, and having Safeway two blocks away was very helpful. I hope the house will be available for the next time I visit Eugene.

We had everthing we needed and were very comfortable.It was in a great location near grocery. The host was friendly and available if we needed anything. There was laundry on the property. The property worked very well for us and we would be willing to stay there again in the future.
