Brand new Renovation - Fleet Street Retreat in Historic Downtown Annapolis
Nous vous souhaitons la bienvenue à notre toute nouvelle liste sur Fleet Street. Achetée en 2016 et descendue aux haras, cette propriété est flambant neuve et attend d'accueillir votre groupe lors de votre voyage à Annapolis. Deux grandes chambres avec un lit jumeau supplémentaire vraiment mignon, nous dormons 5 facilement. Complet avec une magnifique nouvelle cuisine et salles de bains, vous aurez beaucoup d'espace. Littéralement à un jet de pierre du quai de la ville, de l'USNA, etc.

You truly can’t beat the location of this cute property in Annapolis. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere, including both the wedding and reception we were in town for. The inside of the property was neat and clean, but definitely in need of some minor repairs/updates as the blinds didn’t open, there was a janky covering on the bottom half do the front door (not sure what it was covering), and the back “yard” was in deplorable condition. Mattresses are super firm. Master shower had nice soap, shampoo and conditioner. Second bedroom bath had a bag full of random samples in various states of use. It seems reasonable to me to expect a full size body wash and shampoo (nothing fancy- just something!). The kitchen was lovely and had everything you need. Both the couch and loveseat in the family room need replaced as they were not comfortable at all.
All this said, it’s a nice place and the location is amazing. Just some things that could be improved to really make it shine.

We had a great stay at this property. The house was very clean and the owner was very responsive to our questions. The location was great as well! It was within walking distance to various restaurants and local sites, and parking in the garages was very easy. We would be happy to stay here again!

Property was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping. 45 min drive to DC. Spent the day exploring DC then relaxing here, walking around time, explored this beautiful city. Would definitely come back for next DC trip.

This property was perfect for our family. The home came complete with everything we could possibly need and it was so comfortable and felt like home for our 3-day visit. It was a short walk to the visitors gate at USNA as well as great restaurants and shops. The property manager was wonderful answering any questions we had.

Our group of five friends enjoyed the amazing location to shop, dine and enjoy downtown Annapolis. The house could use a paint refresher and a long mirror to ease getting ready.

A few things about this property.
When you look at the listing it shows parking as an amenity but as you read the long description (which I missed) - you'll find parking is not included. You have to park and walk 10-15 minutes away. The closest parking garage is temporarily closed and the free parking lots were always full. Extremely frustrating.
The house looks like most occupants use it as a party place. The walls are disgusting. Marks all over the walls and spill marks everywhere. The "nook" area with the twin bed (where my daughter slept) - was gross - the walls were filthy.
Towels had bleach stains and are old and thin.
The location is great and size of the house is good.

The house is in a great location and is perfect for walking distance to the Academy , the waterfront and the shopping district. Two bedrooms with full bath and 1/2 bath downstairs , works great for two couples. Highly recommend

The property met all of our needs and was located perfectly, allowing for short walks to any-and-everywhere we wanted to go.

Firstly, theocation was phenomenal. We basically parked our car and left it there for the weekend. Secondly, the house is cute, cozy, well appointed and clean. Keep in mind that because the location is so close, there is some noise from people leaving the nearby pubs in the evenings. My favorite space was the living room, turn on the fire and watching Netflix. Perfect way to spend a last minute get away with my family. Megan was very responsive and friendly despite my initial foible. I would definitely stay here again.

The perfect location for all of the action of Downtown Annapolis. We really enjoyed our stay and could walk everywhere. Very cute place! The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on! Great communication with owners. Thank you!

We had a great time! The house was spacious, very clean with comfortable beds, and just down the street from the Marina and close to USNA. Huge kitchen, cute patio. Great contact with the property owner. Will book again!

Location is great - perfect downtown spot. Parking is not as promised. Prior to check-in we received a message telling us where to pick up our parking passes. It was disappointing (and a pain) to learn once we'd already checked in at 9:30p that there in fact were no passes - the city no longer offers. Host took 30 minutes to reply when we texted saying we couldn't find the passes on the tables as promised, only to let us know that there in fact weren't any. We've stayed at many VRBOs and in general the check-in/out packet was much less organized than others. There were some cobwebs in corners and smoke detectors were missing from second floor. The window shades didn't appear operable, so there is no natural light inside. We didn't expect the house to be big or fancy, but these little details are things to keep in mind if you are planning to book.

Great place in an ideal location if you want to do anything downtown. Owner provides parking pass which is great but parking at certain times of day is a challenge…just takes some advanced planning.

Wedding Weekend
I booked this house for my son and his unmarried groomsmen for the night before. It was the perfect location for a wedding at the Waterfront Hotel and the groomsmen getting to the Paca House for first look and photos. If the owner reads this - we left you a salmon platter from Main and Market - thank you SO much.

Lovely weekend
This house was so cute and clean, perfect for a weekend getaway in Annapolis. Super convenient down to the dock. Rooms and bathrooms great, with super comfy beds. My son loved his special bunk bed, too. Parking is a challenge but parking passes helped! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location
The home met every need. Convenient to USNA and DTA— literally steps away. Meghan was wonderful to work with. Communication was always prompt. There was a last minute problem with our original rental, but Meghan jumped into action and had alternatives for us. Would recommend any of her properties.

Great for Naval Academy visit!
Excellent location, responsive host- we forgot something and she popped over to the property to retrieve it for us prior to the next group’s arrival. Be aware the bed is very firm. This property met our needs very well, kitchen has everything you could need. Great for visiting our Mid at USNA

Wonderful stay
The house is in the perfect location for walking in town and to the water. The parking in garages is fine if there is difficult street parking, so this was not a problem at all (we thought it might be). There is a counter and not a kitchen/dining room table for eating and that was the only drawback. Beds comfortable and all the amenities! Highly recommend.

Annapolis visit
The townhouse was immaculate and very up to date - kitchen, bathrooms, TV's etc. The property manager/owner was extremely helpful and readily available. The location was great - less than a hundred yards from the dock. Parking was convenient on a nearby street. We would highly recommend this townhouse to anyone who wants to visit the heart of Annapolis and expereince what it would be like to live there.

Exceptional and Charming
The most immaculately clean home I’ve ever rented. Just the right size, great location, well appointed kitchen, great shower. Walkable to everything. Parking can be a challenge during busy times but we were able to locate a spot one to a few blocks away. Would not hesitate to rent again.
