They took the money and didn’t gave us room upon our arrival.

When I arrived to check-in, there was nobody on the reception. I called the number, which is in app. Man said something on Indian language and he didn’t say anything in English. I found another number, and they said “they can’t confirm booking of foreigners” - I said that they’ve accepted my booking already, but they said that it was confirmation of booking.com, no their. Later they said that they have another room in a near place, but 3 times more expensive. Why is this hostel here on booking.com if it is not able to accommodate foreigners? I consider that if a hostel does not have the ability to accommodate foreigners, as they told it for me, then this hostel should be removed from this application. I’ve already send a complaint to booking.com management.

I booked this property through Booking.com for Rs.604. after booking done , received a mail from OYO saying , need to pay half amount (Rs.302)to secure your room. Paid it. Then next day I received a call from Property saying that Rs.1000 is the amount to be paid at property before stay. I contacted OYO many times, they are said property is not contactable now. It is purely cheating.

They said that they are OYO and you booked through booking.com in which Booking.com is excessivley book rooms whithout property's concent. I confirmed around 6:30 PM on that day stating that I would be reaching at night and travelling in train. When reched, they said all rooms are full and I need to pay RS 1200 for bigger room which is available. I was on the road and no transportation available. No support given by any of them. Called helpdesk and they said they are ready to change the property which is 7 KM away. How can I move without transportation? Also di I need to pay extra money for your unprofessionalism? I walked 2 km at night to get another property. very sad and disatisfied. with great angry I say I will not use booking.com and I go to Legal complaint authority of consumer court for denying booked room.

I made a resrvation. I even send a message and tell what time i coming. They give my room to their friends.

There was no one to take care properly. Cleanliness is very poor. All the amenities was not working. AC, TV etc.... No table or chair to sit... Very conjusted and i done feel worth for money... It should be less than Rs.500.. Like an extended dormitory with attached bath

The bathroom was clean and the area was nice

The geyser doesn't work, had to take cold showers throughout, the bedsheets and pillows were extremely dirty and the room had no ventilation that led to a weird smell. Had to ask the staff continuously to change the sheets and did it after 4th time.

Nothing.. Doesn't look anything like the photos they have shown .

Staff asked for more money than what I booked for.. bed sheets were old and torn. Floors were not clean.
