The aircond remote is out of battery and no mirror in most of the rooms.

여행 첫날 숙소였는데 너무 좋아서 여행 마지막날 다시 예약했어요. 성인5명,아이2명 대가족의 여행이었는데 방 3개, 화장실이 2개로 분리되어 있어 매우 편했습니다. 호스트의 안내는 정말 정말 친절했고 마지막날 분실한 물건을 배송까지 해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 특히 온수와 와이파이가 빵빵하고 불편한점 없이 너무 잘 지낸 숙소입니다. 이마고 몰이랑 접근성도 좋고, 건너편 Mitu 마사지와는 길 건너라서 좋았습니다.

1stly the vent fans in bathrooms could be better..install a more powerful type & 2ndly Aircond unit in one room requires servicing

Facilities very good, washing machine and utensils are provided.

The ceiling fan are old and noisy, and the bed also not so comfortable.

• Noisy (near to main road and can hear the planes occasionally, it did not bother us tho) • The TV very difficult to use and wifi connection slow (again it did not bother us as most of the time we are not around)

The power socket esp to charge our hp is not enough. The power socket mostly are not functioning.

Great area. The mall is good and the rooftop pools are great.

Ants. The kitchen area was full of ants when we arrived. No toaster. Some of the lamps didn't have lightbulbs in.

The sofa and beds are comfortable. The house is spacious. The view of the arriving planes from the master bedroom makes my kids happy

Spacious unit that can fit 10 people comfortably. Well equipped with amenities. Convenient access to many shops and restaurants.

Spotted one small cockroach in the cabinet.

its near to imago. i love everything in the property. dining table. kitchen ware supplied. got washing machine. all air condition and heater works well. easy to find parking. have tv box and netflix. the staff are very helpful.

since the apartment are the same level with swimming pool, u can hear children shouting and running at the corridor. i ever stay in block C apartment, the parking are much bigger than block b, but stil not a big problem. our washing machine are not included with dryer. only 1 lift working, the trick you have to press both up and down button to get the lift moving. otherwise, u’ll wait for a long time. our sink tap are leaking.

The service provided was very good. The location is also top notch. Our rental vehicle was too high to fit into Imago's parking lot so we parked outside in KK Times Square. We had to pay for parking but there is no choice since our rental vehicle cannot enter the car park. The directions given to us prior to us checking in were very good.

Our rental vehicle was not able to go into Imago's car park and hence, we had to pay for parking.
