Hotel was clean, nice rooms, big comfortable beds, clean bathroom, overall hotel was nice and clean. Personnel was helpful and kind. Parking was for free, spacious. Perfect localization if you visit Kennedy Space Center.

The only thing I didn't like much was breakfast. I was missing fruits and vegetables.

We needed to print a document , we were a hard time getting it connected to your printer. The man at the desk (wish I could remember his name) went above and beyond! It was the morning Friday 2-2-24 if that helps

The potatoes at the breakfast bar were really bad. Tasted like chemicals

The bed was great.

1. Tried to check in at 3:20PM and told our room (on 5th floor so it would be quiet) isn't ready. Returned at 7:40PM and 5th floor room still not ready so put on second floor. 2. Hot water in shower was, at best, luke warm. 3. Hotel is on US 1; even though it is set back from road, there was a LOT of traffic noise. In addition, train tracks just across road. At 5:30AM it sounded like the train was rumbling through the room. 4. At check out complained about room but got no response.

unser Zimmer war riesig. Allerdings war die Klimaanlage so laut, dass man fast nur mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen konnte. Ckeck- in und -out waren schnell. Frühstück ist eher mässig.

The bed was way too soft

It was very good. Well stocked and a lot of choices.

The A/C system auto programmed to overide and shut off at night turning off in the rooms. It makes it to warm to sleep well. You all do it and I am sure it is to save energy but it not appreciated by your customers.

Idéalement situé pour se rendre au Kennedy Space Center. Salle de sport et piscine très agréable. Bon petit déjeuner.

Breakfast wasn’t great would have liked some fresher fruit maybe fruit salad. Eggs were not good.

Toplocatie voor Kennedy Space Center, dat is maar 17 minuten verwijderd. Wij hadden geluk dat er snachts een raket werd gelanceerd, dat kun je dan heel goed bekijken vanaf de 5e verdieping het hotel (de ramen gaan dan open, je hebt spectaculair uitzicht). Bedden zijn heerlijk, zwembad is prima om even af te koelen.

Ontbijt stelt niks voor; yoghurt, melk, brood dat je kunt roosteren, pindakaas, smeerkaas, koffie die niet te drinken is, en een vaag mengsel van ei met vlees dat op hondenvoer lijkt. En dan alles met wegwerp spul; kartonnen bekers en borden, plastic bestek, niet echt passend bij het Hyatt.
