Location is great! Very clean and comfortable room , friendly personal. Very good value for money

Gym was a bit small and not much in it

Ottima e ricca, non mancava niente. La posizione dell'albergo è leggermente defilata ma con i taxi, che si chiamano con una app e che costano pochissimo, si arriva presto ovunque.

The hotel has a 24 hour reception, so late night check in isn’t a problem. Everyone from the reception to room cleaning was very polite and nice. The room was very clean and had everything you’d need for your stay in Dubai. Room cleaning even left this cute animal made from a towel :) I haven’t tried the pool or the gym as i did not have the time, but they are available if needed. I did not have the breakfast included, but the restaurant downstairs has quite a diverse buffet, for 55 AED per person, with the possibility to request some meals if the buffet doesn’t t satisfy you.

The location was nice, half an hour walk to Burj al Arab (and we love to walk). You can continue from there to Madinat Jumeirah which is also great. Or to Jumeirah beach and enjoy the beach or a walk on the promenade. The hotel offers free transfers to the beach if you do not want to walk :) The neighborhood itself is nice, full of restaurants, cafes, sports facilities, supermarkets, nice to walk around to see how people live in Dubai and their houses. Got a room with a partial view of the Burj al Arab and that was nice. The hotel is modern and the room also. Everything works well in the room, you have all the amenities that you would need, such as shower gel, shampoo, dental kit, hair dryer, iron etc etc. And you get free water every single day! Sita made our bed almost every single day and she is a total pro! :) They also have a gym and a pool at Lemon Tree. The staff was super nice and not bothering us at all, but helpful when needed. At breakfast we had Taruk which was simply amazing, very friendly and recommending us very nice dishes from India every morning. We really liked him! Everybody was kind and friendly, but we had special connections with some. For lunch or dinner, you can have Iranian food in the same restaurant where you have breakfast. We tried that twice and we really enjoyed it, loved the food, not to mention that they give you a salad, yoghurt, bread, tea and sweets at the end on the house :D Khalil was also very friendly and nice! We can only praise the place, great value for the money! Thank you and regards from Denmark! :)

Nothing not to like :) I think we would have liked a bit of a bigger room, but then again...we got the best value for the money, a very new and modern room with exceptional service ;)

The service from everyone, from reception to the door man. They didn’t even smile or greet. I stayed at a hotel in Jumeriah Village Circle which was cheaper than this one and the difference in service is so blatant.

Rooms & hotel in general was really nice and modern. Shower was nice and powerful. It was quiet and the pool was small but has sun all day which is good.

Some parts of the bathroom weren’t that clean (only slightly, just general use)

Not high-rise in a nice residential area plus friendly staff who were good source of information on Dubai. Small gym plus a very good spa on site which is fine and nice pool.

Rooftop cafe not available, and ideally have charges on spa to the room bill.

Great Location and excellent facilities! Everything you need to have a great stay in Dubai. Staff were super helpful and friendly and loved the rooftop pool and view for the fireworks at New Year.

Petit boutique hôtel sur 3 étages, bien situé. Chambre propre et décor sympathique, bonne literie. Salle de petit déjeuner sympathique et un choix raisonnable de plats.

Chambre et salle de bain petite. Vue sur la cour intérieure et les autres chambres. Les facilités (réception, piscine) très simple. Je logeais au 1er étage, j’entendais le personnel qui bougeait les chaises à l’etage supérieur tôt le matin ainsi que les bruits dans le couloir. Habituée à séjourner dans la région GCC, cet établissement ne correspondait pas à mes critères mais ok pour un court séjour.

Some problems on the beginning with payment, we missed 3 days of breakfast which was included due to missing information.

Il personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Una gentilezza così mai vista! Ottima la piscina sulla terrazza. Le camere rinnovate, e fresche. Abbiamo fatto colazione (ci hanno preparato dei pancakes sul momento che erano super!) e pranzato al ristorante, ci é piaciuto tutto.

Il bagno era un po’ piccolo se vogliamo dirla tutta. Ma nulla che abbia scalfito minimamente la nostra vacanza!

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the location was convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

It’s like coming home every time we are at this hidden treasure. The beach, pool, food are fantastic but more over the personal of the hotel makes it so special. This time me we had the most amazing experience with Akex at Sho Cho - Japanese Restaurant and beach bar - his knowledge about Cocktails and drinks are outstanding and hus kindness and hospitality are magnificent

Customer service was fantastic, everyone super friendly (receptionist went above on beyond to help me re-schedule an excursion I booked). Swimming pool facility is the best I've seen with fantastic views of the burj al arab. It was empty and I enjoyed a good hour of stress-free swimming. Receptionist so nice she said I could stay till end of day if I wanted! (i.e. after check out). Beach not far away, there was a free shuttle but I liked to walk to get a feel for the area (which was super safe and quiet). The room definitely gave a homely feel and I was not disturbed at all for the one night I stayed. A great place if you want piece of mind from an accommodation perspective.

Very over the top with security. Whilst I was hovering in the reception, all the male and female staff (security guards) were intensely staring at my face and following my movements to the point that I felt very disturbed whenever I was in that area or entering/leaving the premises. It didn't seem a dangerous area but they were looking very tense like a serious fight was on the agenda. It was quite intimidating and really was a transition from the peaceful atmosphere generally radiating in the hotel. Really need to train staff to soften up but be alert simulatenously! Also I wish the shower had a door, the open plan stuff wasn't ideal for me.
