• I am aware that this is cheap accommodation. Even so, many of the shortcomings below are unacceptable. • The accommodation is extremely difficult to find. The address given is incorrect and so is the entry on the card. • It is a two-story house in which individual rooms are rented. Contrary to what is described on booking.com, two differently rented bedrooms are shared between the kitchen and living room. • Since I wanted to have a residential unit to alone because of the inadequate circumstances, I had to move to the ground floor after one night for an extra charge. • There are no cupboards in any of the rooms in which things and clothes can be stored. • In the bedrooms, which are actually offered for 2 people, there is only one chair and a small writing surface. Nowhere is there a table, for example to eat. • The chair and the mirror upstairs had to be taken with me when I moved to the ground floor, because neither was there. • In contrast to what is stated on booking.com, the artificial salt lakes can only be seen from individual windows and only from the 1st floor. • The refrigerator on the first floor is dirty and does not work. The microwave is only available on the ground floor. The trash can filled by my predecessors was not emptied. • The landlady and her two young sons are friendly. Many things first had to be properly demanded from me, for example the towels that were advertised, the gas connection for cooking, cleaning the not clean kitchen and dishes, a thin blanket for sleeping. • There are many cobwebs, especially on the windows. The windows are totally dirty from the outside and inside and were not cleaned even after my request. • The lock on the door to the apartment on the ground floor is broken and it is not possible to lock. Despite being requested to do so, it was not repaired.

• You cannot shower in the bathroom on the ground floor because the shower cannot be turned on. Only the tap works. This was also not repaired despite being requested to do so. • The pump for the water supply to the property is right in front of my window, so that I can be annoyed by its noises even at night. • I was kindly promised a bike to use for free. Here, too, I had to ask several times about the delivery. The front brake did not work and the front tire was out of air. I had to have it repaired at my own expense. • Access by car is only possible via the terrain of the artificial salt lakes. • When I went for a walk, as a white man, I had trouble with the security staff at the salt lakes because I was not supposed to enter the area. Locals do this all the time. The company premises are also not marked as a restricted area and are free to enter on almost all sides. • On the day of departure, I was only able to leave with a 1 ¼ hour delay, as the taxi I ordered was initially not allowed to use the access via the Salt Lake terrain. It was only after one of the landlord's sons had persuaded the staff on duty at the entrance to the premises that they were allowed to drive in. • The landlady and her sons are indifferent to all the defects described. She goes to work during the day and the sons don't take care. • Normally I don't give any reviews for the sake of laziness, but here it had to be once.
