Beautiful course side view which was very quiet and relaxing. Short walk to the beach and all activities. All you need in condo plus!

Love working with Anne and love the location. Same complex where granddaughters come for spring break. There is more than you need as far as kitchen supplies. Looking forward to next year!

The location of the house was great and it came well stocked. Anne was prompt and answered all our questions. The bedrooms are huge and accommodate families well!

vacation was great! rooms were big, both upstairs rooms had 2 queen beds, perfect for my family. 1 of 3 air conditioners did stop running but the villa was still cool from the other 2, Anne notify me of the air conditioner but she gets notifications. I will rent from Anne again, she was awesome to work with.

Great place to stay while in Hilton Head.

Our family had a wonderful week at this well maintained, comfortable and conveniently located property. Anne, the owner, was extremely responsive and accommodating. A short walk to several beach accesses, the Dunes House and the General Store. We highly recommend and are looking forward to staying again in the future.

We fell in love with the property and it was perfect for our family of 10 (6 adults, 2 children & 2 infants). The beds were extremely comfortable and the layout made it easy for infants to sleep upstairs while the rest of the family enjoyed the 1st floor. We had a great time using the pool, bicycling and frequent visits to the ocean. I think every family member said ... "we want to come back again next year!" :-)

We really enjoyed the house and time at Hilton Head. It is located right on a golf course. You can walk to the beach in about 10 minutes or use the Dune Buggy to get anywhere you want in palmetto dunes or shelter cove. Had a couple of issues come up, but Anne was always available to help out.

Been renting in Hilton Head for 25 years. It’s our favorite place and always nice. The place was fine with a few minor issues. The electrical was in rough shape. Many of the outlets didn’t work. Couldn’t keep a clock by the beds on the night stand. My I phone had to charge overnight on the opposite wall. The lights by the master bed would not work because the outlets were bad. The light switches in the bed rooms were not controlled by switches. We had to individually turn them in and off. The TV was pretty lame. The smart functions of the TV were not operational. The only movies we could get were in net flix.

The location of this property made everything we wanted to access on the island no more than 15-20 away, which was great. Golfing, Beach, tennis, biking was all walking distance to boot

The location couldn't have been better. We rented bikes and toured the Palmetto Dunes area and the extensive beach with ease. Anne, the property owner, was friendly and super helpful. Our family of 5 adults and 2 children fit into the townhome with ease. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We'll be back.

We really enjoyed this stay and property. It was the perfect distance from the beach and had everything we needed. We'd definitely come back if we return to HH and our guest numbers accommodate it.

We were here on vacation for a family reunion, and this was the perfect location! I will admit the condo is a little bit outdated, but full of character! It was clean and comfortable, had plenty of space for us, we had a wonderful time. Thank you 😊

We really enjoyed our stay at the property -- the unit is a 2 minute drive (or 8 minute walk) to the beach and we always love palmetto dunes because it is mid-island and < 15 minutes from almost anything on the island. The layout of the condo is nice having multiple showers, a downstairs suite for parents and then two bedrooms upstairs so the kids (or other adults) have their own space. You have a great view of the golf course which was lovely and adds to the relaxed nature of the place and a complex pool. The condo is a bit dated and could do with some aggressive dusting but was otherwise very clean when we arrived, was stocked with kitchen amenities (pots, pans, toaster, toaster oven, and stocked Keurig) and had a lot of charm. The property is true to the pictures and was a great value find. We hope to be back next year!!!

It was a nice vacation. Reasonable and easy walk to the beach. # of bedrooms and bathrooms was nice. Communication with the owner was excellent.

The unit needs a good deep cleaning and updating. Advertised as each upstairs bedroom had 2 queen beds each, but they had 2 doubles in one and queens in the other. The main reasons we chose this unit was the beds. Get the ad correct and clean it good,

Had a great time in Palmetto Dunes on HHI in SC!! Only bummer was no daily guests could visit. We had friends staying at a condo in Shipyard and they couldn’t come hang w/us at the beach without paying $25!! Other than that trip was great

We loved the location as it was in a quiet neighborhood and a short bike ride to the beach. The number of bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms was a plus. It was well equipped with most everything you would need. The views from the villa were great of the golf course. Would definitely would consider a return trip.

We loved staying at Anne’s condo. It is located in a beautiful quite neighborhood, very close to the beach. The house has everything you need and mid century lovers will appreciate the very thoughtful decoration. Our communication with Anne was great. We were 5 of us working remotely and the internet connection worked fine.

Bedrooms are large, end unit, quiet complex. Having baths for all bedrooms is very convenient. Complex pool is right there. Short bike ride to the beach. Excellent communication with owner.

Stayed here with with a group of friends and the space was accurately described in the posting. The only surprise was the $25 fee / car for guest passes to Palmetto Dunes. Not the end of the world, but an additional $75 on top of the rental rate was unexpected. Owner was very nice and communicative. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

1. It seems that there was a little miss communication with the check in process. I was told to come the security boot to pick up 2 parking passes, well there are 2 security boot. 2. When we got in the unit, we were greeted with 2 roaches one in the kitchen and the other in the master bedroom on the main floor. 3. Only one light(lamp) in one of the bedrooms upstairs didn't work. 4. in the other bedroom the tub would not drain properly. 5. The beds aren't comfortable. 6. We had a hard time getting the TVs in the bedrooms to work. I tried to get in contact with the owners through the VRBO website but they the didn't responded.Overall we made the best of it. If all the changes are I will recommend this property.

owners went above and beyond to make this a very memorable vacation from providing us with place to eat at and places and thing to see and do.

The unit was just across from the pool. The unit was spacious, and the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom was great.

We loved our week stay. The condo was so well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms and laundry room. We loved the golf course views and quick and easy access to the beach. Location is excellent! We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and enjoyed wonderful family time. We highly recommend this condo - it feels like home away from home. The beds are incredibly comfortable and we loved the layout and decor of the home. The owners were very quick to respond to our needs and even offered early check in. We really hope to stay again.
