Rooms were very clean and spacious with all the needed facilities. Enjoyed my stay with family. Staff is extremely friendly, kind and genuine people

Everything is super cool and nice there: breakfast was big and delicious (a set of local curries, with different appams, idli, paratha), very friendly staff, helping in every aspect; big and specious rooms, clean beds, kitchen, sofas, tables; birds coming to the windows every morning (woodpeckers, callibri-like birds); location is in a quiet area, but close to the zoo, Napier museum, parks.

Satisfied with the stay, absolute privacy assured. The major appeal was the price, under 3500 belt making it affordable, please do keep the price under the same range. Staffs were also co-operative and arranged cooking facilities when asked for. As usual at hotel stays, kettle was dirty, got it replaced when demanded. Staffs were often confused though. Not to mention Mr.Naufal, the Manager was very courteous. Tv issue was resolved within minutes. He even let us stay for a couple more hours as the train booked was for later on that day. Didn't charge us extra, that was very kind of him. We even had light & positive chats about the hotel, past experiences encountered and about trivandrum city in general. The hotel is in able hands with him.

Very Clean and well arranged apartment with 2 attached bedrooms. Area of this apartment is at perfect centre point of Trivandrum, so traveling was easy to anywhere from here..

Food has to be ordered at least 2 hours before you want to eat, coz staff availability for getting the food from near restaurants are the difficult part for the staff always.. Each time waiting time is so long...

The property is really nice if you are coming as a group of friends or big family. It's like having your own apartment. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
