Kokomo II est une magnifique maison sur le front du Golfe située à environ cinq kilomètres à l'ouest de l'autoroute 59. Cette maison de deux étages dispose d'un parking couvert pour votre commodité. Les escaliers vous mènent à l'entrée côté nord, avec le niveau principal comprenant un salon ouvert, un coin repas, une cuisine entièrement équipée ainsi qu'une buanderie. Le salon présente une décoration intérieure simple mais élégante avec des touches subtiles sur le thème de la plage. Installez-vous confortablement sur l'un des canapés confortables et regardez votre sit-com préféré sur la télévision à écran plat pendant que l'un de vos invités prépare de délicieux repas dans la cuisine entièrement équipée. La terrasse privée offre une salle à manger extérieure où vous pourrez prendre vos repas, quelques chaises de plage, parfaites pour bronzer, et un accès direct à la plage. La chambre d'hôtes tête de perroquet avec des charmes peints à la main dispose d'un lit queen. La deuxième chambre d'hôtes sur le côté nord-ouest de la maison a deux lits superposés. Tout le monde devrait connaître un endroit comme Kokomo.

This is our 4 th year to have a family vacay to Gulf Shores. This year we thought we would get a house instead of a condo and I am telling you this house is perfect. Went with my husband , daughter and son in law and 3 grandchildren. Everyone had their space upstairs and then the downstairs was perfect for the family to be together , it is large and open concept with plenty of room. This house has everything you could need . Has your own path to the beach and just a quick drive to “all the things “ in town. We will definitely be staying here again.

I love the direct beach access, rinse stations, and the huge island in the kitchen that allowed us lay out all the food to eat.

The location right on the beach was amazing and was definitely our favorite part. The rooms and bathrooms were a little cramped, but the trade off for the location was worth it. They DO provide sheets and bath towels (whatever they tell you) so no need to bring your own, just bring beach towels. House was clean and nearly all in working order (upstairs bathroom door would not fully close), but all in all, a great house that suited our needs! We will be returning!

We had an AMAZING stay at Kokomo II for our girls trip! There were 10 of us so being right on the beach was a priority for, and the views from the kitchen were immaculate. The pull out couch IS incredibly uncomfortable, so that made sleeping arrangements difficult, but overall the house was an amazing location, clean, and exactly what we were looking for! Thanks for a great week!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We loved that it was a couple of miles down the road from the main touristy spots, but close enough to get to anything you wanted quickly. You cannot beat the private beach access, sunrises, and sunsets. If/when we make it back to Gulf Shores, we will definitely be checking to see if this place is available. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

Beautiful home, most definitely will come back. The views are perfect. The walk to the beach is just a couple steps from the door. The home is managed thru Vacasa not a homeowner so just know that going in if you have an issue you’ll have to contact them and they may or may not call you back and correct the issue. But overall the house was worth it and most definitely will return.

We loved our stay at the Kokomo II. Couldn’t get enough of the gorgeous beach view, and we were a mere ten minutes away from the main road with many of the restaurants/activities in the area. We were happy and comfortable in the beautiful, spacious home. Will recommend to others.

House was great for two couples, it's a great location right on the beach. One couple, however, won't have an ocean view from their bedroom, so that was a little disappointing. But it was available from the living room.

Rental process was quick and easy. The house was spacious and clean. The beach access was awesome, the water was really close. Would stay again.

Management was kind enough to let us know we could check in early and was very responsive on the couple of issues we contacted them about. All bedrooms were upstairs, so for people who have mobility issues this is not the place. Master bedroom has best view I’ve ever had in a vacation home!

Family Vacation
Great location. We enjoyed our vacation despite the weather we had. The house had a great view. The air did stop working but the manager came right out to check it out and fixed the problem!

Overall location and house was awesome! Washing machine is super off balance and is alarming when you use it. House was clean when we got there but cushions were wet, but it was nice to know that they were cleaned. Beach access, parking, and bi weekly trash pickup was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls Weekend Fun
We had a fabulous time here at Kokomo II for a 20 year celebration of our annual girls weekend. The house was super comfy for our party of 7 and has fabulous views, right on the beach. Be prepared to bring all spices, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels, but everything else is top notch.

This house was amazing and equipped with everything we needed. The view is unbeatable and the natural light coming in makes the house so relaxing. We can’t wait to come back.

Nice but missing a few things
The house was beautiful and the quiet location couldn’t be better. It was missing a few things though. There were no hot pads for the oven, no grill, and no beach equipment whatsoever. It’s disappointing when you fly in and don’t have what’s needed to enjoy the beach in the backyard. Also, a staircase off the back patio would be a huge asset to this house. If we go back we will find a different rental that is better equipped.

You are literally 5 minutes from several resturant. The view of the beach is awesome, especially with a cup of coffee as the sun is coming up. You are literally right on the beach, like 50 yards, incredibly wonderful. They had beach chairs & nets for doing things on the beach, so that was cool. Beds are very comfortable & the kitchen had everything needed to cook several different meals, including a crock pot! We absolutely loved our stay and will for sure being coming back.
Our one thing that kept us from a 5 star, & it was soooo close, was that the master bed had a lot of hairs & sand in it, almost as if some one had just gotten a hair cut, then changed the bed. We washed the sheets & it was fine, but it made us question if the bed was turned down.

When we pulled up, there she was. The most welcoming home one the BLVD. Pink, bold, bright and PERFECT. All of our jaws dropped as soon as we walked in the door. So beautifully updated, spacious..and that VIEW!
