Location is good. Amenities are good with microwave fridge and stove.

The owner/caretaker should understand that customers are not his family. If a listed or unlisted service is provided, he should charge for it. However some of the listed services like 2 bottles of free water a day is not provided and money is asked for it, however little it might be. On asking the policies they strive to be vague. Room provided was beside the reception which was very noisy during the day and morning and night.

there is no road access, an auto can hardly pass thru. All the taxi drivers hesitate to come for pickup. had to inform reception who will communicate to taxi drivers who will charge you thrice the original price.. which makes my stay worthless -Rooms can be made clean -the reception person was helpful

The path to the property is a bit tricky for new drivers. Otherwise, it is the best place for a group of 5 or more to stay within city limits.

The property is very difficult to get located and the entry point is very steep and narrow.

This location is not in the outskirts of Trivandrum

No parking facility. Before we checkin they urge us to pay money in advance. We check in around 11pm and expected to check out 11am the next day morning. Even star hotels will keep the check out time at 12pm to 2pm.. no listening ears and they want us to go by book of rules whereas the rules not applicable when they ask us pay in advance before we arrive. There is literally no parking facility within the premise. Rooms are not Spacious at all too and not clean.

Rooms are clean and very good.

Hotel is lil far from temple and shopping areas. Parking is conjusted and impossible to park SUVs.

The only feedback is about the location as it is pretty away from the city and also the narrow roads makes it impossible for cabs and any car to come inside.
