Very clean, cozy condo on third floor. Pictures are accurate of property, everything is available for three days or longer. Bed was as others have said, is hard, but we slept well. If you have mobility issues, then the walk up two sets of stairs can be challenging, especially with luggage. We will definitely stay again.

Great place. Close to everything. My real only complaint is the bed was way to hard for us. Other than that it was great!

This place was very cozy. The decor was nice it was very clean and the location was perfect. It was quiet and we felt at peace. The bed was pretty firm for me but I know some people like a firmer mattress. The sofa bed was pretty typical as well. The kitchen had everything you would need. They even had coffee and tea available. The appliances are newer and nice. We would definitely come back if we needed a place in steamboat and I highly recommend this cozy condo.

The host communicated well and the place was perfect, conveniently right next to the free bus for skiing!

Place is comfortable, well equipped, attractive, quiet and well located. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Shuttle bus to the mountain is an easy walk. It is up two flights which is the only drawback, not good for anyone with mobility issues. Definitely would like to stay again if we return to Steamboat.

Perfect for a ski-weekend! It was super easy to get to the mountain on the free shuttle and the condo had everything we needed.

The location of the property was easy to find but the posting had no unit number, so we had to call the owner to find the place. The property is small but cozy. Walking distance from ski slope made it easy to go back and forth.

Owners were very flexible with check in, everything was as advertised! Great spot. Wish they allowed pets.

This place had everything we needed for a short get away! It was so cute with the bears and a fire place! Loved and will stay again soon!

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen, though small, was well appointed arranged. I would recommend replacing the scratched skillets. We did not use them because if scratches. The bed was very comfortable as was the furniture. The location was close to restaurants and bike trails AND quiet! The only thing missing was a bike rack to tie our bikes on. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo was such a nice place and everything you could need was there and perfectly labeled. The condo doesn't have air conditioning (which was known when we booked). So it was a little warm, but we survived. If you are looking for a perfect location, nice and clean this is a great option.

Very nicely thought out one bedroom condo. the kitchen had all the necessities, the windows had solid curtains for privacy if needed and the touch lamps next to the bed with both outlet and usb were awesome! Would definitely stay again.

Came here for one night to visit Strawberry Park Hot Springs. Location was perfect for our needs. Quaint and clean. Bed was comfy and warm. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

I really enjoyed staying at BigBear lodge at Shadow Run. The condo is exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable with all necessary appliances etc. It is very close to the bus stop - the free Green line bus comes every 20 min and is on a loop that takes about 5 minutes to get to the main base area and about 15 minutes to return. Wildplum grocery/liquor store/eatery is conveniently located (ride the bus or a 12-15 min walk). Communications with Tom and Colleen were excellent and it is a very good value. Highly recommended!

We would highly recommend this property to anyone skiing at steamboat with a small group. Good value for the cost and well stocked with all needed utensils, cleaning supplies, etc.

Such a great VRBO. Perfect location by a shuttle stop and so close to the mountain! The place was adorable my decorated with a fireplace and a very well stocked kitchen! We loved our stay!

We had a great stay. The property is as advertised and Tom was quick to respond to questions. The kitchen is well-equipped; it's the first place we've ever stayed with sharp knives! The condo complex was quiet and we enjoyed every evening on the balcony. It is very close to excellent hiking (Fish Creek Falls, Uranium Mine Trail) and the Yampa River Core Trail is just down the road for a walk along the river.

We are thankful to God for a great stay and...Wow these owners thought of just about everything we would need! We are grateful for a wonderful accommodation!

The property was fine but we had problems with cleanliness of the condo. 1) The kitchen and bathroom garbage was completely full and smelling. 2) The bed was not well made which made us wonder if it was even washed. 3) The floors had not been vacuumed. 4) The bathroom soap was never refilled 5) No sponge in kitchen 6) No laundry soap.

The property is true to the pictures. The host Tom, is extremely responsive and accommodating. The condo is well appointed with everything you need as well as some extra touches that many condos do not offer such as spices, coffee, note pads, soap pods for the washing machine, etc. We used the community gas grill which was very nice and well kept. We would recommend this condo.

This is not a lodge. The inside looks like a cabin, but not the outside. It's a condo on the 3rd floor (actually 2 1/2 because the bottom floor is sub level) of one of the buildings in the complex. No elevator. There's a jacuzzi and nice grassy outdoor area. The lanai looks out at the top of the ski mountain. Beautiful views. There's no air conditioner so it didn't cool off until well into the night (early June). The unit is beautifully decorated with wood paneling and bear motif, and fully stocked in the kitchen, so if you're there in winter, spring or fall, it should be great! Tom was very helpful when we locked the bottom lock (which is not on the electronic access), brought us fans, and gave good check-in and check-out instructions. He also provides two luggage racks and lots of spices which many vacation rentals lack. There was even a tea kettle for all you tea lovers out there. Highly recommended during the cool months, (AND the warm months if Tom were to install an air conditioning unit). The washer and dryer are top notch, the bed is comfy, and good water pressure in the shower. Thanks, Tom!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Steamboat. From moment we arrived, we felt immediately at home in a cozy condo that fit its description and pictures to the tee. The place was spotless, welcoming, and equipped with everything (and more!) than we could have ever asked for. From supplying every possible kitchen item to having first aid kits, extra toiletries, and high tech thermostats in every room, our motto for the trip became "Of course they have this!" I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone interested in experiencing the magical wonderland that Steamboat Springs embodies and I fully intend to return back here. The owner is incredibly responsive and it was clear how they went the extra mile to make us feel special.
