Good day Ashley is a scammer guys. On booking.com I was asked whether I will arrive early. I send a message that between 12 and 13.00, I arrived at the place 12:30 ,she told the security guard not to open for us we must wait for 14:00. We were standing outside with the kidz until ,the security only allowed at 14:30. She never came or send anyone to check if everything we need is there's, she told us to pay for a secure fee of 500 which is refundable after 7. Nothing was working in that house the light were not working the shower ,I had to bath my kidz were my sister was staying ,the house was dirty and not functional for the kidz. Now she doesn't want to pay me back my 500 back, she is stating that I broken things but she never did a stock sheet with us. This women is a scammer ,I deserve my 10% back of what I paid in that house. I will never book there ever again and I will never recommend any one there.

Walking distance to the beach ⛱ and the shops The 24 hour security was a bonus, the staff was friendly, The place was exactly the way they advertised and everything was on point, I mean the place was clean we got back our security deposit so I would definitely go again. Lastly the manager was very friendly, didn't meet her in person but we spoke on the phone , anytime I needed to ask something she was available with a very welcoming voice

When we got there there was no power due to load shedding but I do understand it was not anybody fault

Location is fine, the apartment is spacious enough and with all resources even though it needs some dish washing soap,bath washing soap that they do not provide.

You dont feel like you are out of home for vacation.you need to provide everything. There are lot of unnecessary rules and warnings not to break, touching their things makes one uncomfortable. Apartment can accomodate 6 to 7 people but you are still expected to travel with one car as they provide one parking for free,otherwise you have to pay R50 parking for another car. R500 needs to be paid before you enter the gate as their guard in case something is broken but to be refunded you wait for ages even now still waiting for refund. No service rendered like exchange of linen until the end of the stay. Beds conditions are bad,they need to be replaced.

It was too hot during the night in the Bedrooms and didn't have fans.
