It is a very nice house, well-maintained and similar to the photos on the website. It is within walking distance of the center of Beaune and has enough kitchen supplies for cooking. Everything is in perfect order. There is a lovely park with a playground just a 5-minute walk away.

C'est une belle rénovation, avec une décoration soignée, et tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous apprécions vraiment les endroits comme celui-ci, avec du charme et du cachet associés à des prestations hôtelières (propreté, qualité de la literie, des draps et du linge de maison). La chambre au premier est vraiment ravissante, avec sa salle de bains avec parquet. Bref, nous espérons revenir dès que possible ! Petite suggestion : il y a au RDC deux espaces qui pourraient accueillir un porte-manteaux sur pied (type perroquet).

We had an amazing stay here. Location is superb, the A/C works quite well, and the property management was friendly and responsive. A+!

This is our third time to Beaune and we’ve stayed on this street each time in a beautifully renovated stone home. The neighborhood is the perfect spot because it’s right in between the town and the gorgeous Parc de la Bousaize. With kids, it’s a short stroller ride in either direction. Parc Bousaize had a carousel, playground, water features, row boats and is right against a premier cru vineyard! This property is very special and was the perfect home for our family for a week. It is three stories and while you have to walk upstairs for bed and bathrooms, the stairs are well designed and not too steep. My three year old navigated them solo and held on to the railing or wall. Check in was so easy with a lock box. The master suite is wonderful- bigger than expected- and the stand-alone tub is fantastic. The kids adored bathtime and I loved soaking after a long day of sightseeing. Given the current heat wave, the highlight was the air conditioning in each bedroom and in the common room (living room/kitchen). I cannot stress how grateful we were for this, and how well we all slept as a result. These units are built in high into the wall, not portable window units like some rentals have when they list AC as an amenity. Another nice feature is that the upstairs bedrooms have tiny windows with a black out shade so my kids slept really well. The kitchen table is huge and the place was well stocked for cooking in. The beds were firm and SO comfortable. The linen and towels felt high end. You can tell that the owner actually stays here because it’s furnished so nicely and features interesting art, decor, and especially lighting. A large TV provides Netflix access which was great for the kids. The only thing possibly missing would be an outdoor sitting area/patio, but it was so hot that I’m not sure we would have used it anyway. Plus the park and vines are literally down the street. We took a wine and walked out to the vines on our last night as the sun set and it was spectacular. I would be lucky to return to this house! Final piece of advice- I noticed that there was an offer to have the house manager arrange a meal for our arrival. Someone signed the guest book saying it was great. I wish I had arranged that, because we drove straight from CDG to Beaune on a Sunday. It would have been so nice to enjoy a meal instead of rest stop snacks. We met the manager when we asked for assistance with the TV and she seemed so nice, so go for it!

If you are cloister phobia, do not book. Bedrooms are so small, I slept in family room?! Location was ok, but at least half mile to town. Because it was so hot, it seemed much longer.

We loved our stay and all the activities like Wine tasting, hiking to the park and up into the vineyard hikes in the hills. Cooking class nearby was lovely.

Well located. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. It was a pleasant surprise that it was air conditioned as we had some very hot days.

The house was nice and clean and the location is perfect: it is about a 7-minute walk from the center which is ok because after having a nice meal and a bottle of wine you need the walk! I will recommend the location anytime.

Communication with manager was excellent- she arranged wine tasting, bikes and meals. Greatly appreciated her support. Location was excellent- walking distance to city center. Easy access to bike trails and wineries. Common area was quite small- best for couple or maximum 4 adults. Beds were comfortable-pillows and living room area furniture could use face lift. All in all a lovely visit.

The home was comfortable and close to the town centre. Mapie, the property manager was great. She was patient with us and came to the property to help us get the front door open after we returned to the property late in the evening.

Very nice decor and modern, yet kept a good touch of history of the house. Very comfy beds. Unbeatable location with historical heart of Beaune within less than 10 minutes walk.

Beautifully designed space with so much character. We had some amazing meals and a wonderful private wine tasting experience at Patriarche. This is a beautiful, well-appointed apartment that's clearly been recently renovated with great care. It's an easy 5-minute walk into city center, so very conveniently located. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a lovely retreat in Beaune city proper.

Very nice house close to the center of Beaune. A perfect house to enjoy with friends in autumn, winter or early spring. We loved our stay, especially going out for a nice glass of wine and enjoying a bicycle ride through the vineyards. This property is perfect for a wonderful stay with friends, everything was spotless.

This is a great house for a short stay in Beaune - great location, clean and comfortable and everything very easy and convenient. Only (very small) improvement would be a proper coffee machine!

Résidence bien située dans quartier calme. Centre de Beaune accessible à pied. Parking gratuit dans la rue tout près de la maison. Maison confortable. Bonne literie. Juste un conseil : ajouter les produits de douche ! A part ça, tout parfait.
