The location of the room was perfect

AC huts in perfect location, very safe due to personell always on site, helpful staff can help with organising taxis etc. Matress was good and spacious bed

Das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreiber-Ehepaar & Rukesh. Das einfache Zimmer & der Sanitärraum waren in einem für indische Verhältnisse sehr guten Zustand: Sauber, praktisch eingerichtet und alles funktionierte perfekt (Sanitärraum). Die nahe gelegenen Strände (Patnem, Colomb, Palolem) sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die kleine Terrasse vor der Hütte ist sehr angenehm. In der Nähe gibt es einige gute Restaurants.
Da die Unterkunft quasi im Dschungel liegt, muss man ab Sonnenuntergang mit Mosquitos rechnen. Da sollte man entsprechend vorsorgen.

The hut was all that you required and situated in great location. Fabulous views across the sea plus greenary with humming bird monkeys and lizards to be seen daily.

The property is very nice and i love the acces to beach and area is very calm. I enjoyed my stay here and would love to stay again here in feature. The service is good 😍

The staff are lovely. It's owned and run by a family and they are so kind and helpful. Our room was perfect. Had a nice porch for us to sit and watch the swaying coconut trees. It had a sea view. We were very comfortable there.

Basic, clean, family run accommodation. Lovely outside seating area, quiet and peaceful. Easy walking distance to several nearby beaches. Nice view from room, very green with a partial sea view. Many nearby options for eating.

Awesome location, lovely view you could see the beach (kind of) close to Palolem beach and other beaches. The hosts were kind and helpful 😊 bedding/linen was clean, nice lighting and decorations. The host helped us hire a moped.
The bed was very uncomfortable for me (quite hard) but my partner didn't mind it. The room had quite a big tilt downwards, which wasn't a problem except for that it made the water pool on the other side of the drain next to the toilet, so it got a bit smelly from the old water. Apart from that the bathroom was clean.

We really loved our stay here. For us the location was perfect as it was just in between both palolem and petnem beach, just a short walk to both.
The hut was comfortable and clean. It was great for us to relax for a bit from travelling about.
Bed could have been a little more comfortable but just trying to think of something!

Colomb and palolem beaches are near to the property.
Rooms are clean, staff is humble. They have their own ferry which you can pay and book for Butterfly beach and other sightseeing.

The location! Great little beach at the bottom of the hill. Great view and lots of nature and wildlife around us. Bathroom was good and the rooms were spacious. Exactly what you need for a peaceful few days at the beach.

These guys gave away my room to someone else who paid them a higher amount and our room wasnt there. Thank god we called before going there. Canning last moment we didn't even get any other room as it was peak season

The place is very close to columb beach in South Goa. Basically this is a sea view hut with a attached bathroom. The facilities were decent and good enough for the price. The best part is the hospitality from the owner Rupesh Pagi. He is extremely friendly and that sort of makes you comfortable staying there and will also have a peace of mind. He will definitely help you out in figuring out the places to visit during your stay there. Reaching the location might be little tricky but not difficult. Best way to reach here is having your own scooty.
