Cette maison de 1800 pieds carrés est littéralement à côté du Centre des Arts Saugatuck et l'accès à toutes les commodités du théâtre, concerts, expositions d'art, cours de cuisine, ateliers et marché vert. C'est un bloc du centre-ville - vous ne pouvez pas battre cet endroit !!
Cour clôturée privée avec bain à remous. Grande cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle et tous les gadgets que vous pouvez imaginer. Beaucoup de casseroles, poêles, bols, rangements, ustensiles, mijoteuse, mixeur, cafetière et argenterie - et nous incluons même des épices de cuisson individuelles! 2 chambres pour 6 personnes - 1 lit king, 1 lit queen, 1 canapé lit queen (oui, c'est confortable - nous l'avons testé!). Draps et serviettes fournis. Laveuse / sécheuse située dans la salle de bain principale. Toutes les salles de bains sont équipées de shampoing, revitalisant et nettoyant pour le corps, Q-tips, rondes de coton, sèche-cheveux, brosses à dents / dentifrice supplémentaires et produits de nettoyage. La maison accepte les chiens avec une laisse, 2 bols, un lit en mousse à mémoire et une pelle à caca. The property was perfect for us (including my dog). The house was equipped with everything we could possibly need. We appreciated that they also had some amenities like a hotel would suggest as bathrobes and toiletries even sleep masks. The instructions for everything was thorough and detailed. Keely the host was exceptional. She gave us tons of recommendations in the area for restaurants, activities, shopping etc. The only issue is gps will take you to the wrong house. It basically durects you right behind so be aware of that. We had trouble finding it. But after that the trip was lovely. We will be back to stay at this property

We had a quick getaway at this beautiful property with our friends. The description is extremely accurate, the house is beautiful and exceptionally well-maintained and the host had a quick response to any inquiries. Bonus of the backyard, hot tub, fire, pit, and privacy, makes it really special! We’ll be back!

The location of this house to Butler St, shops, restaurants and the water was amazing. All within a 1-2 block walk all while house was located on quiet end of dead end street.
The house was sparkling clean. Lots of nice touches. Generous on toilet paper and any other toiletry you could need. The back yard was really nice. The fence was great to keep the dog in. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed this property and it was great for our dog. It doesn't have the most scenic of backyards, but the location is absolutely ideal. You're a five minute walk from anything.

I can say enough about how perfect this rental is. From booking through checkout Keely was great with communication. The house is so perfectly located - an easy walk downtown but at the end of a quiet street. Exceptionally clean and thoughtfully stocked. Felt like home.

Keely & Bill were outstanding hosts who not only provided the perfect place to stay, but also some great advice on places to visit, see and eat. The master bed was extremely comfortable. We always struggle finding pet friendly accommodations and this went above and beyond our expectations. They welcomed our pups as if they were their own and we couldn't have been more appreciative. Best part of the trip was watching the perfect sunset on Douglas Beach, just a short 10 min drive to a hidden gem, which gave us exactly what we were looking for. THANK YOU, KEELY AND BILL!!

My husband and I visit Saugatuck every fall in October. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location. We love the home itself, the hot tub and being able to walk around downtown Saugatuck. PS the bed is SO comfortable!

Keely's property was the perfect place for a romantic fall getaway from the big city (that's truly dog friendly without crazy extra fees)! This was our first time to Saugatuck and I'm so glad Keely's place was available- it's right in town, minutes to the best restaurants and stores in Saugatuck. Park your car and walk everywhere in town! We loved the spacious living areas and large kitchen and although we didn't cook a full meal, it was perfect for making breakfast and snacks. It's fully stocked if you're into cooking on vacation. The primary bedroom is large with a comfy king bed, and fit our Great Dane's dog bed with ease at the foot of the bed. The en-suite bath is renovated too. There's a smaller second bedroom with a queen bed which would be perfect to bring friends along with us, and another full bath next door to that room. Of course, the most perfect part of the house is the relaxing back yard with a hot tub- we spent every night out there relaxing with our pup and enjoying time in the hot tub even when it was 38F out! This was a perfect fall getaway to go hike and explore the outdoors and changing leaves together with our dog, and will definitely be back for Douglas Halloween parade or a summer weekend with friends!

I live here in Michigan and have been to Saugatuck a couple times. I had family in from Colorado and wanted them to experience a small lake town and thought a VRBO in Saugatuck would be perfect. I sure was right. The host really thought of everything right down from the the multiple ways to make coffe, the multiple pet care extras, and personal extas all over in special spots. The location is close to everything there is to do in Saugatuck and made everything so much easier. Oh and we absolutely loved the host sense of humor with the coasters and books.

This was such a perfect home for our family vacation to Saugatuck—which included our two adult children and two fur babies! The home is located within walking distance of the downtown with all its wonderful shops and restaurants, as well as parks and the docks along the river. The private parking was a great bonus! The home itself was warm and inviting— easy to unpack and feel right at home. Keely and Bill’s top priority is their guests, which is easily seen starting with the cleanliness of the home— which is a 5++++!—to their amenities (such as the hot tub and grill), and all those special items you may need or forgotten (such as toothpaste, toothbrush, beach towels, cleaning supplies,…), and even items for fur babies (such as a dog crate, dog treats/toy, dog bowls as well as cleaning supplies if needed for dogs). The beds were all very comfortable including the pull out bed. Keely was easy to reach for a question and so very kind. We will definitely come back to this home when we visit Saugatuck!

We loved the location and privacy this property afforded. The back yard was an oasis with a hot tub, comfortable patio chairs and table, charcoal grill, and a nice size fire pit with seating. Easy walking distance to all downtown stores and restaurants. The home was tastefully decorated and well- stocked, and we loved the whimsical books in the bathrooms and the coasters.
We would definitely love to stay here again when we return to Saugatuk. Keely was wonderful to work with and communicated all details about the house in a timely manner. Thank you for opening your home to us.

This location is perfect. At the end of the street so it is quiet and tucked away but still close enough to walk to so much that Saugatuck has to offer. Super cute decor and the beds were really comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Keely's home was super clean when we arrived! It was very comfortable as well and the location really can't be beat. My two large dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard and we enjoyed the hot tub :) We did not need the additional sleeping nook but it is a great spot in case you need an extra bed. There were plenty of pots, pans and kitchen utensils available. The house was well-appointed with everything you could need, including amazing shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers, q tips, cotton rounds and makeup removers in the bathroom and a bath bomb and epsom salts in case you decide to take a bath. Overall fantastic experience! My friend and I both give 2 thumbs up and my dogs give 8 paws up. We will be back again!

This property is in a perfect location to walk around Saugatuck and enjoy all it offers, even in winter. There are so many restaurant choices nearby it's hard to pick. Plus coffee shops are all within walking distance. Keely is an excellent host and responds quickly to messages. The house is well-laid out for couples and is always clean. Keely is thoughtful and leaves supplies for dogs as well. We've stayed here more than once and will definitely return.
