New, Modern Luxury Retreat! Great location off of Hwy 121.
Nouveau, luxe 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes avec belle cour / patio / foyer au propane et barbecue. 1 lit King, 1 lit Queen, 2 lits superposés avec lit gigogne double. En outre, un canapé-lit gigogne et un matelas pneumatique queen supplémentaire pour dormir beaucoup. Tout dans la maison est tout neuf, y compris les meubles, les appareils électroménagers, les draps et la vaisselle.
Emplacement extrêmement pratique au large de l'autoroute 121. À quelques minutes de Toyota, Shops of Legacy, Stonebriar Center, Craig Ranch Sports Complex, Allen Premium Outlets. Beaucoup de magasins à proximité, restaurants!
Nous avons cherché à équiper notre maison d'un niveau élevé et à anticiper vos besoins en vous offrant tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour un séjour luxueux. Nest Thermostat, Smart TV 60 ", lecteur DVD, station d'accueil / recharge sans fil avec haut-parleur Bluetooth dans le salon, TV Roku 60" dans la chambre principale, sèche-cheveux, shampoing / revitalisant, lavage corporel, planche à repasser, vaisselle toute neuve, casseroles / casseroles, ustensiles de cuisine, épices, machine à café Keurig (avec certains K-cups fournis), de nouvelles serviettes et draps sont fournis en standard et une machine à laver / sèche-linge sont disponibles afin que vous n'ayez pas à vous soucier des restrictions de bagages.
La maison a un grand plan d'étage ouvert. Îlot de cuisine avec des sièges pour six, qui s'ouvre sur le salon. Il y a aussi une salle à manger privée séparée. The location was conveniently located near where we wanted to be. We had booked for a girls weekend and the location suited us perfectly. The beds were comfortable with the softest pillows. We were able to cook and had plenty of space for everyone to sit, eat, and visit. Highly recommend!

The home itself was beautifully decorated and well appointed. The neighborhood was easy to access and close to major highways. Only downside, neighbors dogs barking at night but that only lasted until about 10. Otherwise, fantastic rental!!

We enjoyed our stay. The home was very nice and even better than the pictures. The beds were some of the most comfy beds I’ve slept on. Close to highway and great location. Quiet neighborhood as well. Would highly recommend staying here.

This was probably one of the nicest VRBO properties we have stayed in! It was in a great location, clean, comfortable and had a good layout. The appliances were newer and it had everything we needed. The living area was cozy and felt like home. We will definitely be staying here again.

Convenient location, however, it should be advertised that this is near governmental housing and the issues that come with that. This is not a luxury property as advertised. Everything in it is very cheap(blender, toaster, bedding, rugs, sheets, sofa, towels, silverware, glasses, iron) Pillows had no pillow protectors-and have spots on them. Rug and carpets need to be replaced and a new paint job is needed in most rooms. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The rate needs to be significantly reduced due to the lack of “luxury”. Had an electrical issue- owner responded and fixed it in a timely manner.

We stayed at this house while we attended the Byron Nelson Golf Tournament at Craig Ranch. It weas super convenient. We also brought our dogs and while the yard is not large it served its purpose. This is a nice, fairly new neighborhood and easy to walk. We will stay here again.

We enjoyed our two + week stay in this 3 bedroom home in McKinney in late February through mid-March. The neighborhood is quiet and yet also within easy access of major highways, retail and restaurant locations, the airport, etc. The unit is comfortably furnished and works well for 6 adults. The kitchen and laundry appliances are good quality. The master bathroom is really great, especially the tiled shower with double shower heads! The owner is very responsive to messages which was greatly appreciated. We plan to stay here again during future trips to the Dallas area!

Modern, clean as a whistle
I have used VRBO rentals for a number of years. This unit was the closest to “as a advertised” as I have experienced.
Comfortable beds, well appointed, streaming w/ modern, smart TVs and multiple cell charging stations.
Again, comfortable beds!
The only critique I offer is maybe 2-3 higher quality skillets, as the ones we used were a bit “long in the tooth.”
