Location to the place that required me to have a hotel room.

It took me 2 hours to get checked in. The first room given to me - the air conditioning would not work to cool the room, I changed rooms. 2nd room: An hour later I wanted to lower the dark shades so no one could see through the window in my room, The shades would NOT lower, the mechanism was not working. I had to change to a 3rd room. There was no lamp on the table for lighting so that I could see while reading and doing business. Also, my initial room request was for a handicap bathroom. Only the 1st room had that capacity, but that was the room that was hot because the air conditioning was not working. So I was not given a room with a handicap bathroom, The whole process of settling in a room and then needing to change rooms added strain and exhaustion to my day that I already had traveling to get there.

The location was excellent because it was near an event I was attending. The breakfast was great, I especially enjoyed the Texas shaped red velvet waffles! We found good movies on the cable TV and the beds were very comfortable!

The staff was very nice and helpful especially the lady that was at front desk the Thursday evening when I checked in.

Beds are not comfortable. Too hard. Needs to have softer beds. A perk of going on vacation is to rest which starts with a great location and comfortable beds.

Clean and close to outlet and restaurants

They charged me for room I booked through booking.com that resulted in double payment $374. When I called the woman who answered was rude and told me I had to call back in the morning then just hung up on me! This will cause someone not to return. I have recommended this hotel to several people over the years and never thought I would be pushed off the way I was. I will expect my refund soon and not book again here.

Was stayed on the 3rd. floor of the building and whole floors carpet was stripped… Looks like construction side. Very unprofessional like.
