Nothing was good after we were informed that the room we booked was NOT available. Instead of 2 queen beds, we got a king and a hide a bed sofa. So, after a long drive, I had to attempt to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa bed! This is and was totally unexceptable! A $10 discount was ridiculous.

The convenience of the location.

The bathroom was nasty. Hair was in the tub and on and around the toilet. I could tell that it wasn’t cleaned prior to my stay. I informed the staff member and asked if she could get me some disinfectant cleaner and I would clean it myself because I know that I would’ve cleaned it to my liking better than any of them would’ve. The staff member at the front desk told me that she would come and inspect the room and find some sanitizer. I don’t know if she inspected the room because when I came back there bathroom was still nasty and she left all purpose cleaner. That doesn’t sanitize nor disinfect. She told me that she would have housekeeping to come to the room first thing in the morning. They never came until I called at around 11:30. She also said that she would speak with the manager about getting a discount for the room since we cleaned the bathroom ourselves. That never happened either. Once we were finally able to clean the bathroom, the stay was fine. I just don’t like the fact that I paid 350 for a room that wasn’t clean and to top it off, the front desk clerk lied a few times.

The information that I received from Mr. William Afeaki when we were leaving. Which could have been told to us from the beginning. The truth is always good.

The people that gave us run around answers that did not solve our need

The receptionist was amazing, especially after my awful experience with LaQuinta right beside this hotel. Rooms were nice and spacious. It was quiet, and the breakfast cinnamon rolls were delicious!

The room and bed was so nice and comfortable

It was a beautiful property. I just did not get to enjoy the pool because I wanted to sleep.

Breakfast was not provided long enough

Breakfast was good. The orange juice was to watered down. Area around the hotel was nice. The staff was nice.

One thing I didn't like was the bathroom wasn't clean enough. I saw other peoples hair. Everything else in the room was clean bed and sheets were clean.

Great location for my needs, clean and well-maintained, staff were all friendly.
