Un rêve de locataires! Situé près de Penn Yan, au cœur de la région viticole le long de la route des vins du lac Keuka avec un trajet rapide vers le lac Seneca, vous ne voudrez pas manquer votre opportunité pour ce 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain.
Idéal pour les familles à louer à distance de marche d'un parc local, situé sur le côté est du lac à proximité du cinéma et de la piste de bowling pour les jours de pluie, ou restez à l'intérieur et jouez à des jeux de société en famille. Une grande terrasse pour divertir la famille avec des auvents rétractables électriques pour le coucher du soleil sur le lac est. Un quai pour aller pêcher, 2 kayaks à utiliser et une aire de jeux à distance de marche. Buanderie sur place avec douche dans une salle de bain et baignoire dans une autre. Beaucoup d'espace de rangement et beaucoup de stationnement, quelque chose qui est difficile à trouver sur le lac! Désolé, pas d'animaux!

Everything was great! Easy communication with host. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities. Cable would have been nice. Not a fan of the fire stick. We kept very busy. The location was close to lots of activities. Would recommend this property.

We love this house for our stay in the finger lakes. Laurie has everything you need for a great vacation. This was our second time here and it is just beautiful. The view is spectacular! The deck is a great place to hang out and enjoy wine and cheese while playing games with our friends. This house is spotless and We will absolutely be back.

This lovely home has everything for a relaxing week on the water. Great outdoor areas where we spent as much time as possible. Grandkids loved catching bass, sunfish, bluegill, turtles, and crayfish! One of the nicest, sturdiest docks I’ve seen. Also loved being able to safely walk into town each morning. Sweet memories for our family. Thank you Laurie!

My family and I stayed here at our first lake house rental, and I was very pleased with our stay. Laurie was quick to respond to questions, the rental was clean and had provided everything we needed. Comfortable beds as well.

Very nice place on the lake! Close to town and marina which makes it so easy to get a meal, supplies or a boat rental. The house is nice and had everything we needed. We used the paddleboat and kayaks. Visited Keuka Spring Vineyards and local waterfaills (Watkins Glen and Taughannock are must sees). Thanks Laurie for a nice lodging option!

We stayed in this wonderful house for a ladies weekend … we are all 60+ years old . We had such a wonderful time, the view is amazing and plenty of space for all 8 of us. We cannot say enough about how wonderful this home is . Laurie was so nice and. She even checked in with me to be sure all was going well for us! We have already booked for next year! This home is perfect! On the water, clean and beautiful! We can’t say enough about how great this was to accommodate 4 long time friends. We had plenty of room and relaxed on the beautiful large deck too. Laurie was easy to communicate with and has everything you need for an amazing vacation. Our family enjoyed our stay at this lake side property. Each morning we were able to enjoy coffee on the deck that overlooked the lake. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. The property came with access to 2 kayaks and a paddle boat. We had plenty of space indoor for our family to enjoy games and relax.

Roomy Home Away from Home
This property has everything you need in the kitchen (pots, pans, coffee maker, crock pot, blender, hand mixer, baking sheets, etc.). It made preparing meals a breeze!
The views and back porch are my favorite part about this rental! The water is calming and you can't beat having a fire right by it at night. There are a few wineries within 20 minutes and the town is so close if you don't feel like cooking.
We had a few minor things pop up during our stay and Laurie was extremely responsive to help us! I would recommend this property for any type of stay!

Beautiful home, comfortably appointed. Could fit a large family or group of friends but was a great size for a quiet couples getaway. Beautiful deck to enjoy the view! Host communicated well and provided clear check in and check out information plus a book of menus and local info. We loved our stay.

Beautifuly maintained property on the lake. Great location to visit many of the attractions including wineries, breweries and distilleries in the Finger Lakes. The location was also good to get into town for anything that you may need. The communication was great with the owners and our family truly enjoyed our time at the QKA retreat. We have already said that we would love to go back again in the future.
