I didn’t realize it was a pet friendly hotel. When we arrived my room smelled like dog and my wife became very allergic. Animals belong in kennels not hotel rooms. I understand that people are traveling with their pet’s these days, frankly I don’t understand why. It’s getting harder to find a hotel that doesn’t allow pets but I will be more diligent in my search next time I need a room.

This stay could not have been better! Staff is amazing, beds and pillows really nice, very clean rooms, nice pool/hot tub area and the outdoor with lake view and firepit was great. Shout out to the breakfast crew, so friendly and the food was wonderful!

What a great day absolutely nothing negative to comment on front desk was great room was super clean. Great view out the window beautiful location right over the lake. We came in October so the leaves were changing for the price. Incredible hotel.

This is a wonderful property with a beautiful view of the lake. The three star review is because our room close to the lobby was noisy until 1 am on a Sunday night. There is a bar close to the lobby where guests from weddings go after the event and it closes at 1 am. We weren't able to sleep until 1 am and the personnel at the lobby didn't seem to care.

Loved the fire pit in the evening. The property and lake views were great. Also liked that the hotel was pet friendly. The keyboardist in the bar was great.

We chose this property initially because of traveling with a dog and it being dog friendly. Not only were they dog friendly and very welcoming of our pup, all the staff was very accommodating to us pup parents, too. The location on Lake Keuka in Penn Yan is so convenient, and what a view of the lake!

This location is just perfect to soak in beautiful Keuka Lake. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was replenished regularly and had plenty of options. The back lakefront patio was lovely. The only negative is that the hotel restaurant/bar was not open during our stay but there are plenty of dining options within a mile or two.

The staff was amazing and being on the lake was such a peaceful treat. We enjoyed swimming, the hot tub, and the breakfast that was included.

Beautiful location right by the water. Expansive lawns and well maintained patio. Just wish they also raked all the geese poop from the lawns, it's quite the minefield if you have to walk your dog.. But the room and ensuite was clean, big and well appointed. Breakfast on site was a convenience.

Our first time experience here was exceptional in all ways. Great location to Lake Keuka and views were wonderful. staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and convenient to other Finger Lakes and places to see. Our only suggestion would be a much bigger dinning space would be great, but even without that the dinning staff was exceptional and only added to our experience. We look forward to returning in the future. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful by the lake. Pay the extra 10 or 20 dollars for the lake view rooms. Nice pool. Nice hot tub. Nice view. Nice deck. Nice gym. Nice people.

The hotel is situated on the Keuka lake. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. There was a very good restaurant right next door. Breakfast was good, nice selection. Outdoor space was lovely, lots of tables and chairs to sit and enjoy the views. Only problem was guests being very loud at 2:00 am in the morning in the hallway. Not much can be done with ride guests.

Beautiful property, great location and we enjoyed the access to outside areas. However our rooms stank - there was an old musty smell that never left the room, breakfast food was so so, pool didn’t work, and no water given even at check in or rooms. Awesome thing is that there is 24/7 access to tea and coffee! Overall, okayyy stay.

This scenic property sits on the edge of beautiful Lake Keuka. The manicured grounds are meticulously maintained providing a gorgeous space for sitting on the patio, enjoying the fire pits or sipping wine as the sun sets. The outstanding staff is most friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is excellent, this is the perfect spot for a fingerlakes getaway.

Liked: 1. Large, well-kept, patio at the rear of hotel and the gas fire pit....all about 120 ft from the north shore of Keuka Lake. 2. Room key locks on exit doors, including the patio door of my room. 3. The attentiveness of the breakfast staff.
Unique: I like using the stairways when I can. I noticed that the stairwell lighting had a sensor that increased the brightness as motion was detected.
Disliked: Room layout....vanity area and bathroom area are separated. Bathroom has a door, but vanity area is open to the main area of the room....lends to disturbing other room occupants. Other-wise I enjoyed my 'studio; king, private patio' room.

The room was great, spacious, clean and loved having the patio our our back door. My only complain was the hallway was very loud early in the morning with workers (I believe the cleaners) as I could hear vacuuming and lots of talk as if they were in my room. The gentleman at the front desk was great! We wish we could’ve stayed longer!
