La cuisine est entièrement approvisionnée et dispose d'une grande île pour s'asseoir et profiter d'un repas ou regarder le cuisinier. Le coin salon dispose d'un canapé confortable, de fauteuils et d'un grand bureau où vous pouvez vous asseoir avec votre ordinateur portable.
La chambre principale est reliée au salon principal par un ensemble de portes doubles qui s'ouvre sur le coin salon et il y a un beau lit king-size dans le maître. De grandes baies vitrées dans la chambre principale donnent sur le parking arrière et la rue. La chambre principale a une salle de bain complète attenante avec de beaux carreaux blancs et une baignoire / douche.
La deuxième chambre est hors de la fin de la cuisine de l'appartement et dispose d'un lit queen size confortable. La deuxième salle de bain complète est juste au coin du couloir, a une baignoire / douche joliment carrelée, et il y a un grand placard contenant une laveuse et une sécheuse de la taille d'un appartement.

Gorgeous walk up. Beautifully appointed. Several great restaurants within walking distance. The listing is above a wine bar but noise from the restaurant was never an issue.

The Suite was perfect for two couples visiting from out of town for a family wedding. Did our own breakfasts, were out and about wine tasting and lunching, and dinner in the immediate neighborhood. The Burnt Rose Wine Bar was excellent as was the sister establishment 18th Amendment for cocktails. Easy parking out front for unloading and out back.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Old building charm with all the modern amenities. Bed was very comfy. Cool vibe. All around great place - easy access to many wineries in the area. And there are restaurants on the same block. Off street parking behind bldg was a helpful.

What a beautiful place! Perfect for our long weekend getaway. Our favorite places were Parker’s for food, the Christmas store and the little coffee shop. Parker’s had great food and we will definitely be eating there again!
The only recommendation I would have is to put a fan in the queen room. It got warm in there. Other than that, we loved it!!!

This was a very nice place to come back to after a day of touring the finger lakes. Super cute and as pictured. It’s above a nice wine bar with great food. Nearby are other really good restaurants, a great coffee shop, and an amazing bakery up the street.

We truly enjoyed staying at the Sheridan House for the weekend! It was a perfect accommodation for four adults and offered a great location in the historic area of Penn Yan. We enjoyed dinner at the wine bar below and breakfast down the street at Amity Coffee Co. Thank you for the hospitality! We will be recommending the suite to our friends!

A colleague/friend and I needed a place that was quiet with ample workspace and separate bedrooms so we might meet a deadline on our projects in progress. This apartment was perfect for that. We also loved being able to walk a few doors down to a coffee shop with terrific coffee and breakfast, as well as plenty of tables and outlets to work there, too, for a change of pace. We thoroughly enjoyed being in wine country, too, and had a great time visiting a handful of vineyards on gorgeous Keuka Lake when the day's work was finished. (We started at the cracking of dawn!)
The neighborhood is very safe and there's a grocery store, a drug store, and several restaurants within walking distance. Beds were extremely comfortable as well. The wine bar downstairs is quiet by 9 p.m. but there is piano music that drifts upstairs that you can definitely hear during the day. That said, it's not obnoxious at all, and it was extremely quiet at night.

Sheridan house was everything we could have asked for and more. It was clean and well-equipped. Close to all of the events in town. 20 minutes to wineries. Lots of great laces to eat within walking distance! Great stay!

The Suite unit was clean, tastefully decorated, and had every amenity. Check in was a breeze. We loved the convenience to restaurants and everything was an easy drive. I’d stay again!

Nice place in Penn Yan
The place was as pictured, which was very nice. The noise from the wine bar below wasn't bad and they closed up pretty early. The bedroom is overlooking a parking lot and there was some morning noise. Several nice restaurants within 20 feet of the apartment. Overall a great stay that we'd be happy to repeat.

Great long weekend in the Finger Lakes I
Sheridan House was perfect for 2 couples. The wine bar with music was great. Plenty of places for drinks and food within walking distance. Wall to breweries. Great small town and the place was great!

Fabulous property
We really enjoyed our 4-night stay at the Sheridan House. 2 beautifully updated baths and nice bedrooms (one with no windows which is perfect if you prefer dark rooms). You can park at the front door during the day and then move your car around to the back at night. Great pizza a couple doors down and nice coffee below. Loved walking around the area and down to the canal. There is no private outdoor area which wasn't important to us as we were traveling the FLX. This is 20 minutes to Geneva, and 30 minutes to Watkins Glen & Canandaigua. My favorite grocery store in the world is Wegmans so we visited the Geneva & Canandaigua ones while we were there. There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't in the kitchen AND we were able to do laundry on our trip!!! How nice is THAT! LOVED, LOVED, LOVED THIS PLACE. We would definitely stay again.

Great apartment in downtown Penn Yan
We had a very pleasant stay in the Sheridan Suite. Perfect for our week away and so much better that a hotel room. Lots of space with a pleasing design and comfortable furnishings. Very well equipped with full size kitchen and laundry appliances and two full baths. Sheets and towels were good quality and a small shampoo and soap were provided. Both the king-size and queen-size beds had a Tempurpedic mattress topper on it, which took some getting used to. It proved to be pretty comfortable, but they definitely do hold your body heat. Full service grocery stores (Topps and Aldi) as well as drug stores within a two block walk. Easy to walk to everything downtown. Very convenient and free parking behind the building. Took advantage of the Amity Coffee Co. every morning that is on the first floor of the building. Best meal we ate was at the Union Block, only a block away. Only two very minor negatives. One was hiccup with the electronic lock coding when we arrived. We got through the street-level door but the code to the apartment itself had been entered with a typo. Only took about 5 minutes for the problem to be resolved after calling the emergency # on our reservation (we arrived after business hours). The second was that the tub liner shower curtain really needed a good scrubbing and bleaching as mold/mildew was evident in the hem. Otherwise, the apartment was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!
