Clean and central location.

We walked 16 mins to the Supermarket/Hypermarket. Flooring is a little creaky some parts sunken somewhat.

spacious, comfortable apartment with great light and great a/c; host was extremely responsive and helpful and let me store my luggage for a bit after checkout

the shower door didn’t close all the way; Floor in the kitchen/living area was REALLY sloped; no kitchen dish towels

Apartment was lovely as per pictures when booked and location was excellent for key attractions and close to old town. Communication with host was also excellent. They went above and beyond to help sort out the car parking which we were very impressed with and access to apartment was well communicated.

Noise from cobbled street outside disturbed us as light sleepers but not much the host can do about that🙂 Overall we loved our stay.

Nice well located room, everything worked out fine. Nice landlord.

the location is great. Carlos was responsive all the time and really helpful in anything we needed.

the bathrooms lack hangers for towels. a small detail but much more comfortable if they would be added :).

well designed studio, very confortable, we just loved it. easy and warm communication with Carlos, the tenant. located at few minutes walking to the historic town which is amazing. Guimaraes is definitely a stop to do in Portugal at least for one day.

I lowered my rating because the flat is said to be 45m2 when in fact it is 25! When it's half the size you expected it makes a big difference. But having said that we had a great time there.

It was a very central location, with an amazing cafe next to it. We arrived late and it was easy to check in, the manager responded promptly and was very helpful with find a parking spot. The room was spacious and modern, the kitchen had most utensils and appliances needed, including hair dryer and iron.

The room was very dirty: lots of food remains on the floor and carpet (crumbs, rice grains, biscuit chunks); hair; nails; dust. The bathroom was also dirty: the toilet had clearly not been cleaned; the shower had remains of soap on the glass. We contacted the manager about this, they apologised and arranged for cleaning to be done promptly, however when we came back the bathroom was still dirty and the carpet was just as dirty as before; under the sofa and the bed you could see a lot of accumulated dust and debris. In the bathroom there were some unfinished electrical works and all hanging hooks would fall if we hanged anything on them. All of this was quite disappointing considering the price we paid.

Looks exactly like the photographs, nice little apartment for a short stay. Clean apartment. Okay location, and parking is a good deal for €8 for the day (we stayed overnight). Friendly staff who respond promptly, would recommend.

The apartment is very comfortable and the location is excellent, it's close to go everywhere.

Super location, all downtown is just few steps to go. But what makes this place special is staff: we experienced so warm and helpful care. I have travelled more than 30 years but GuimaresIN is one of the best guesthoues I have been. By the way I got there one of best vino verde in Portugal. Thank You, Quintino

We had a breakfast we never have before. Much much above the expectations!

The accommodation wasn't very warm, but it can be partly solved with AC.

Perfect location to visit the city and hosts were amazing, promptly getting everything we needed. We traveled by motorcycle, so they informed us that the park near the central square was free and only 500m away. Castle and monuments are all within 5min walk and so are good local groceries shops. The supermarket is 10min away, but there's lots of nice places to eat or take away. Breakfast is a bit too focused on sweets but they do offer to make anything we request and product quality is very high. The very few nitpicks we could find, mostly due to being recently open, were immediately solved by the hosts, which showed huge focus on improvements and offering the best service possible.

Due to the fact that it's in the historical center and UNESCO protected area, the windows can't be replaced with ones that would isolate noise a bit better.

The property was great, with Good location. The staff was very kind, specially Alexandre Madeira and Maria.

Everything was great but breakfast was to fancy. Don't expect an continental one or buffet. Breakfast was cakes🤭
