We had a wonderful stay at the apartment and Cindy was such a great host! The check-in process was seamless, and the apartment was 3mins walk from the Shepherd's Bush station - super convenient and a pleasant neighborhood! The apartment itself was fantastic - modern and clean with nice touches from the host! Such a comfortable stay and would highly recommend!

Loved the modern decor and little home touches in the flat. We especially loved the location... The flat is a 2-min walk from Shepherd's Bust station and you're right on the Central line into central London from there - we were really pleased and feel like we landed VERY lucky with location. Vic and Cindy are exceptional hosts: very friendly and very quick in replying to messages, even when we'd messaged to just ask for restaurant recommendations. Our security deposit was returned quickly and in full and we're looking to go back to the same flat again in the Summer.

The only issue was the noise our second night. it's a period property, so we didn't expect silence, but the resident in the flat above must have been trying to get his step goal achieved for the day because s/he didn't stop walking across their flat between 23:45 and 01:45... all it'd take would be a tightening of their floorboards. HOWEVER, don't let this put you off - you'll be really pleased if you stay here!

Close to bus stop and underground. Cosy space.

Noisy street. No heating control: the heater you can switch on or off only, and it has a fan that produces extra noise. (I solved it somehow with heating by an oven)

not very clean, hairs in bed on arrival, marks on duvet, very old pillows, bed not comfy, pictures are deceiving and probably taken a long while ago. could do with a good clean and updating throughout.

it’s in a great location. home owner are super nice. Very clean and comfortable. Will stay again next time and definitely recommend it.

Very small bathroom. Did not appreciate all of the shaggy type fabric during special cleaning expectations during a pandemic.

This is not Luxury, it was awful, cheap uncomfortable bed and cheap bedding, A Primark tea towel to wipe your face in the bathroom, Black mouldy shower cubicle, cheap horrible mats, Dirty filthy mat next to bed, dirty smelly rug under the cheap settee, TV that doesn’t work no aerial, picture falling apart on the wall, Terrible noise from the busy road, A neighbour who lives above walking about constantly on the creaking floor boards, no soundproofing in the apartment, So if you like a nice quiet place with a comfortable bed DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM, Most reviews must be fake , it’s awful.

Lovely apartment situated so close to Westfield White City with a bus stop opposite the apartment taking you to High Street Kensington (10-15mins). Complimentary tea and coffee machine and very friendly hosts with great communication.

Great stay and definitely going back! Clean and cozy flat, the host is so nice! Really close to station and just a few stop from central London.

The location is great and the flat is clean. Those are the highlights.

The photos definitely make it seem a lot better than it is. The bed and pillows are the most uncomfortable I’ve ever felt. Sleeping on the floor would have likely been more ideal. The couch is more for decoration than actually relaxing on and the tv doesn’t work unless you want to log into your individual apps. We weren’t in the room much, just for a quick wind down and shower in the evening before bed, so it was livable but would definitely not have selected here if I had known how uncomfortable the bed was going to be. Seriously considered going to TK Maxx and buying my own pillows to at least help a little. Also while the location is great— it’s super noisy. Be prepared to sleep with earplugs and white noise or some kind of sound from your phone to help drown out the street noises. The street remains quite busy at all hours. Earplugs alone didn’t cut it for me, personally. They did have some earplugs on the bedside table so I’m guessing this is a known thing.

Well set up flat, good TV with netflix, good coffee machine, excellent wifi.

Being next to a main road with simple windows, there is understandable traffic noise. (Secondly I also saw a couple of ants, however this was very minor theme.)

Style & Decor. Clean and quite large. Good shower and very near shops and tube station.

Nothing to complain about. All was good,

Everything was amazing, the owner was really nice and understanding

Fire place the television where very good and was also able to watch Netflix,YouTube very good.
