There was construction going on while we stayed. Not a big deal it happens.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind tolle Restaurants und Bars zu finden. Mit dem Mofa können alle sehenswerten Spots leicht erreicht werden. Der Pool hat einen super Blick auf den Wald und Affen kommen das Hotel gerne besuchen, was uns sehr gefiel. Die Mitarbeiter (insbesondere Lia) sind sehr bemüht, dass die Gäste sich wohl fühlen.

Die Zimmer könnten etwas sauberer sein und man sollte dafür sorgen, dass die Schiebefenster gut aufeinander sitzen und sich keine Lücken bilden, sodass Tiere (von denen es aufgrund der unmittelbaren Nähre zum Wald und Reisfeld sehr viele gibt) nicht in das Zimmer eintreten können.

Fantastische manier hoe de kamers die niet mega groot zijn toch het gevoel kunnen geven dat het zeer luxe is. Zwembad bij ons huis was wel weer relatief groot! Kortom een heerlijke ruimte, mooi, schoon en zeer privé!!! En.....heel lief personeel!!!! En.........heerlijk rustig, met de drukte om de hoek.

Eigenlijk ontbrak het ons aan niets, zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding op loop afstand van het drukke Ubud!

Location was perfect, far enough away from the busy main strip to feel peaceful and have a great view but only 5-10 mins walk to all bars, restaurants and shops. Staff were so helpful and accommodating, always greeted warmly. We had forest suite room and it was lovely, spacious and comfortable! Couldn’t fault it

Excellent place, we loved it!. Staff was super nice, always available to meet our needs. Our room was spectacular with view to the rice fields, food was delicious. Location was perfect, a few minutes walking distance to Monkey forest. Definitely a place in Ubud I would like to come back and will recommend to my friends.

I came here by myself and actually extended my stay, as I liked the place so much. It has a great location: you can walk to the center of Ubud but at the same time can relax at the infinity pool with a great view into the jungle. The staff was so lovely and helpful, they really made me feel very welcome. I had breakfast every morning at their restaurant and it was all so nicely prepared and you could even ask for extra wishes. I can highly recommend this place for a nice and relaxed stay in Ubud!

Nothing, everything was just perfect!

Absolutely loved the room, extremely clean and comfortable. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Private pool clean, great view of rice terrace. Main pool very nice. Room service used multiple times and also had food delivered from town. Strong wifi. Awesome spacious shower. Saw monkeys roaming on the roof occasionally but didn't affect our stay.

Bed a bit softer than our liking. 15-20 minute walk to town centre. Yoga and spa were more expensive than rest of town. Big portion for breakfast however gave us a stomachache.

The staff here go above and beyond for you! So friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is stunning, especially the pool area. We had a yoga class and a spa treatment followed by a flower bath which was so good because monkeys come up the window it was incredible! The candle light dinner is 100% worth it, it was in the wedding chapel over looking the jungle during sunset, gorgeous food! We went for our honeymoon and our bed was decorated and we received a cake with “happy honeymoon” during dinner on our first night. I highly recommend this hotel

The setting is beautiful and the location is very good - walking distance to the monkey forest and lots of good shops and restaurants. The pool is nice. Staff were very friendly.

The room looks nice but is not that comfortable. The design of the bathroom (including toilet) allows no privacy. The minibar in our room was broken and they had to bring a new one. The door lock was also a bit broken and hard to open. In short, there were minor repairs needed to a few things in the room. The restaurant service was also terrible. We were asked to preorder breakfast and give a time. We showed up at the nominated time, but had to wait about 40 minutes for our food - we were in a hurry to leave on a day tour, which is why we ordered early breakfast. When it came, it was cold and we didn’t have much time to eat it anyway. Given the price, I expected much more from this hotel. It wasn’t worth it.

Beautiful rooms and scenery. The location is great, walking distance from the monkey forest and the center of Ubud. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Its a good option if you don’t plan to spend most of your days in the hotel.

In the pictures and promotional material, the resort looks much bigger than it actually is. Lots of food options but the taste was not too great.

Staff was very friendly and the property was very beautiful. The food at the restaurant wildair is very good.

We would suggest adding more plants or flowers to the secret garden. It is a little plain
