The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.

We have stayed at Latitude 29 in 2021. Our return was not what we were expecting. The pool and hot tub was out of service and drained. We contacted Helen and she was unaware of this condition. We talked to other guests staying here and they were unaware prior to arriving also. The amount we paid has not been adjusted due to these amenities not being available. I know this is not Helen’s fault but the owners should give the guests some type of adjustment in the cost of their stay. We will not be staying at Latitude 29 in the future. It was clean but some small repairs need to be made. For example: front door difficult to close, sliding door on the balcony is difficult to close, one of the gates going to the beach is about to fall off. We would like to use Helen’s other properties but just not this one until we know it is better maintained.

Latitude 29 is our favorite place to stay in Panama City. We try to book with Mrs. Phillips every time because her units are well maintained and super clean.

Our stay was wonderful. This unit had all we needed to enjoy our time at the beach for the week. We have been staying at Latitude 29 for summer family vacations 29 years, missing only a couple of years. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a family friendly, quiet environment. It also has a baby pool, hot tub, and pool beach front. The view of the ocean from the units is so beautiful as well! We love it!

I cannot rave enough about this condo!! The view was spectacular. With four kids this is the perfect unit! Great view for mom, close to the pool and beach. The pool was very well maintained. It was never too crowded and the water temp was great! The beach was also amazing. It was never very crowded there either, and the water was crystal clear. The unit sleeps six comfortably. The bunks in the hall were so nice, as well as the pull out couch. Lots of extra blankets and pillows were also provided which is a nice touch! The master bedroom was spacious and the pillows were the best pillows I’ve ever slept on. Everything you need is in the kitchen to prepare meals all week! The very large glass window (full wall) and glass door let’s you see the ocean while cooking or relaxing inside. Everything about this condo was so wonderful, we cannot wait to return!!!

The condo was lovely. It was nice locates low key beach. The kiddos loved the pool, and th easy access to the beach. The condo had everything we needed! I would highly recommend. We hope to return next summer!

We booked the property because its just slightly out of the hustle and crowded area of PCB. We don’t like spending hours a day in an elevator and then fighting for a place on the beach or parking your car.
This is where you go to relax and enjoy your time in the sun.
The unit was perfect for us, clean great location with the best view to watch dolphins pass bye in the mornings.
We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Latitude Condo
This is a great place to stay away from the high rises. It made the crowds on the beach less. The condo was super clean and right on the beach. The only thing is about the parking. Only one parking spot per unit. I would definitely stay here again for two people but there would be a problem if more guests with another vehicle. But I think this is the best spot on the whole beach!

Great vacation location.
My family has been going to PCB all our lives. We love Latitude 29. The room was very clean and well furnished. We had zero problems. The pool, deck, and large beach area are never over crowded. It’s a family atmosphere and many times we see visitors there year after year. I highly recommend.

Perfect for family vacation.
This is a relatively small complex so it’s easy to navigate and perfect for families. We had several family members staying in other units and was perfect for us to all get together on the beach!

The condominium was perfect. Nicely decorated, with all the conveniences you could want, and the view... breathtakingly beautiful. As a child, I have many memories of family vacations at Latitude, and I hope to provide my children with the same. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Great time!
Enjoyed our stay so much. Steps to the beach and to the pool. Not overcrowded. Had family in another unit and didn’t have to worry about the grandchildren in a crowd. Very clean. It is like staying at a beach home without the huge price. Very relaxing!

Quiet getaway on the beach
This is a great property, well managed and I would highly recommend it to someone looking for some quite relaxing time on the beach. It's just a short drive to the more exciting venues in PCB but we loved the quite family atmosphere at Latitude 29.

Slice of Paradise
My wife and I went down for our 13th anniversary. Great location right on the ocean. Fairly quiet area and only a 10 minute drive to great restaurants in Rosemary Beach. Grocery store was less than a mile and a half away, and the apartment had everything else needed. The unit is on the 3rd floor (top floor), with great view of the ocean. We are looking forward to going back and staying longer!

Renting experience was ok, location was OK but too many rules. Ie only 1 car per unit allowed even in an empty parking lot. Felt like we were being watched the entire time

Great Condo! Will definitely stay there again! Probably the most kid friendly condo we’ve stayed in! Nice carpet instead of all cold hard tile, no glass top furniture, and window curtains for daytime naps and sleeping in. Small complex was great for our family. Pool and beach was not at all crowded.

Excellent place to stay but beware of parking
We had a great stay here. The condo was nicely furnished and very clean. The property was also we’ll kept and clean. Easy access to the beach. The only issue we had was one night coming back from dinner we found that there were no parking spaces left with the exception of two handicap spaces. Not 100% sure how this happened (I have a real good idea how but not going to elaborate) but it was a bit of a shock since there is no where to go. Ended up having to take a handicap spot till someone left. The property manger was very responsive and really nice so that was a plus. Overall I would come back. My family and I had really good time. With the small parking inconvenience it still is a great place to stay.

Relaxing getaway!
The property was in good condition, well maintained, very clean, and nice decor. A few minor issues were addressed very promptly. This is a quieter area of the beach and we had a great view from the balcony! Will return.

Fort Bay right on the beach
Fort Bay was phenomenal. The place was comfortable, and very clean. Helen, was very responsive to texts. Close to restaurants. This is a second floor condo above the pool. Would not hesitate to stay here again when we are back in the area.

Excellent beachfront
The property was exactly as listed. Cleaner than I expected and fully furnished. Bunk beds were small but cozy. Two adults and three teenagers stayed here comfortably. You can’t beat the beachfront views for this price.

You get what you pay for
We have been staying at Latitude 29 for many years and the grounds , pool , grilling area and hot tub are kept neat and clean at all times. We have stayed in several different units and all are the same and always very clean. So nice to have to two full baths in a one bedroom. Great view from the roomy balcony and all glass across the back is glass so you can enjoy the view year round. We always stay on the 3rd floor (best view). I highly recommend staying. The deposit is a bit much but we had stayed before and wanted to go back. Sunny Side Grille is a classic dive 1/10 of a mile west of latitude 29 and has GREAT food. Thanks Helen!!

Great stay
Clean & comfortable unit in a desirable location. Kitchen was well stocked. Unit came with a starter supply of paper & cleaning products. Easy contactless check in using the electronic key code lock. Parking passes and wrist bands provided. Easy communication with the unit manager thru text or phone. We enjoyed our stay.

Very clean condo with everything we needed
My husband and I spent a week in unit 24. The condo was perfect with 1 bedroom, 2 full baths, a washer and dryer, new living room furniture with the most comfortable recliner, beautiful kitchen table and chairs!! The linens were clean and plentiful, the kitchen had everything we needed. We will be back.

We have stayed in many VRBOs in Europe with no issues. In the US, we have not been as lucky until this past week. Helen saw to our every need - which weren't many as everything had already been arranged. The condo is right on the beach. Private, not a crowded beach, only 36 units, good parking, a pool for adults and another for children plus a heated outdoor spa. Travelers wear a green wristband so the security is excellent. We will be back. Thank you, Helen.

Fantastic!
We loved everything about this property and our stay. The condo was very roomy and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was perfect with the beach so close. The access to the beach was easy, and even on a holiday weekend (Labor Day) this end of PCB is quiet. We will definitely be back.
