Newly renovated 3/2 condo on Miami Beach's Alexander Hotel
Récemment rénové et meublé avec goût, vous pouvez profiter du lever du soleil sur l'océan Atlantique et Miami Beach ou le coucher du soleil sur la baie de Biscayne et le centre-ville de Miami depuis nos fenêtres et balcon du 16ème étage. Notre unité est dans l'Alexander All Suites Oceanfront Resort et est idéalement situé au cœur de Miami Beach. My friends and I (6 in total) stayed at this condo for 4 nights and we enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is just as described / pictured. It was very very clean. The beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains kept the light out. Everything felt very secure. You need a wristband to open doors, use the elevator and access the pool area. There is a security guard at the front entrance 24/7 so this also made us feel safe. In terms of the location the condo is in a quieter area and technically not in South Beach. It's a 15 min walk to FontaineBleau hotel so you have to drive / take Uber to get into south beach. This was not a problem at all for us because we wanted to be away from the crowds. The condo is conveniently right on the beach which can be accessed via the pool area that is on the premises. The beach area was never too busy and you can rent umbrellas and sunbeds and water toys. In my opinion this was one of the best parts of the condo: having such easy access to the beach. Overall, I would recommend this condo to stay with friends or family!

The size of this condo was perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 kids) and we loved the views of both the beach and the bay/downtown from the balcony. Communication with the owner/manager was excellent and the one very minor issue we had with needing more towels was resolved very quickly and easily. We were a little apprehensive about having to valet park, but it was so well run and efficient that we ended up loving it.
We also really liked the location in the Mid Beach area and we were able to easily get to North Beach, South Beach, and other parts of the Miami area while having a beautiful beach and nice pool easily accessible.
The one slight negative was that the fitness center was closed. It is completely gutted and doesn't look like it will reopen anytime soon. So, if that's important to you, check with the owner on the renovation status beforehand.
Overall a great vacation spot and a highly recommended rental unit!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The communication with host was easy and prompt. The pool area is perfect. Even though it was crowded you could always find chairs. The condo was gorgeous. Beds were comfortable, view was outstanding, and the amenities aplenty. Location of the condo complex was awesome. Away from the clubs and crowds of South Beach but close enough to hop on trolly. I definitely would visit this place again. Lastly, the staff was very accommodating. We had a late flight the day of checkout and they couldn’t have been more helpful with allowing us to store luggage and car while we continued to enjoy the beach and pool area.

Property is clean and as advertised. Have to go out to the porch for the views, but once there it is lovely both sides. Spring break wasn’t the best time to come celebrate a 60th birthday, so the youngers ran over an the property a bit, but the pools, beach access and location are great - above South Beach so that’s good. Valet while expensive is excellent - car always available and great service. Staff of Alexander are on it and good support.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was well equipped, clean, with amazing view from
the balcony. The pool and beach access were wonderful, and the staff was very helpful. Only downside was lack of towels at the pool, but that’s no fault of the property owner.

We were going to be in town for a weddng and wanted to stay oceanside. This place was very nice. The staff was pleasant, the property was clean and quiet. Everything was to our liking. We loved the view of the ocean on the left of the balcony and the view of the intercoastal, golf course and city of Miami on the right of the balcony. The kitchen is a little tight but we made the best of it.

The unit was perfect for our visit to Miami Beach. Mid-beach is a nice location to easily access North Beach and South Beach shops and restaurants. It accommodated 5 adults comfortably and we would stay here again. The host was easy to communicate with and always got back with me quickly.

We were so happy with our stay. The apartment was even better than in the pictures. Maintained very well and with everything we needed for the week stay. The view of the beach from balcony and of downtown was perfect to view both sunrises and sunsets.
The apartment has been updated very nicely and is very well maintained.
The Alexander was also a great place to stay with friendly valets and a beautiful beach and pool area.
Checkin and check out instructions were great and the owner was quickly available for anything we needed. We would love to come back in the future.

Loved the quiet location of mid beach. A short 20 min Uber to South beach and 35 to Little Havana. Resort is clean and property owner was fantastic, reached out when we arrived to make sure check in went well and to answer any questions. Also allowed us to check out a little later since our flight back was late in the day. Direct access to the awesome boardwalk along the beach as well. Only draw back was you had to go out the front and down the street 30 yards and use public beach access if you took your own drinks to the beach. They would stop you in the property and turn you around if you tried to access that way. Not a huge deal though.

This condo is meticulously maintained and is on a beautiful section of the beach. We went between the beach and pool every day and loved that there was towel service. There were gorgeous views from the balcony! It is located in a quieter area that is very family friendly. We loved The Alexander!

This was our first time in Miami with the Family, and we had a blast. The Apartment was amazing in a very good place right on the beach, and the owner was very helpful and responding on all our calls and concerns. The Building was very nice, clean and very well maintained.
We loved everything about this property and would recommended to anyone. Cant wait to go back in February.

Definitely one of the best apartments in the building. Needs a handyman to fix a myriad of small things, but that’s pretty common in highly used rentals. Highly recommended!

We loved this condo. You can experience the best of Florida with the feel of hotel living while in your own private condo. We loved the pool and easy access to the beach. The owner is extremely helpful and very responsive, making our stay stress free. Just what you need when on vacation. I would highly recommend this beautiful and well maintained condo.

We loved this property! It was the perfect place with the benefits of a VRBO (multiple bedrooms, full kitchen) and also access to all of the hotel amenities, with beautiful pools and super easy beach access. Highly recommend this place!

This was a great, modern condo for our Miami vacation. The location was perfect, with the boardwalk and ocean just outside the property. We had views of the ocean and bay from the balcony. Great sunrises and sunsets! The pool area is also nice. George was very helpful and responsive to all of our needs.
I do want to mention that we were able to fit 3 adults and 3 adult kids in the condo. The 3 kids were in the master suite with their own bathroom. My mom got a single room to herself, leaving my husband and I with a smaller room with a queen bed.

Very clean and modern condo located
mid Miami beach. Easily walked or Ubered to South Beach. Great communication with owner and would definitely stay here again! Also rented a boat with a captain which was conveniently located across the street.

The host Jorge was very responsive and provided great information when I reached out. His response time was prompt and precise. This was a Girls Trip and the accommodation was perfect for our group. Everyone had a wonderful time. Also the location was perfect we were able to Uber to all of the places on our list. I would definitely stay here again if needed. 🙏🏾🤗

Our stay was pretty perfect. We loved the location and the beach and pool. It’s convenient to find food. The place was very nice and clean. We appreciated that communication with the owner. Everything was wonderful.

It was a great experience, we had a bit of a problem in the beginning going to the pool, there was no easy way for seniors who can walk a bit, but have problems with stairs. We told the pool attendant that my mom problems with walking and especially stairs and there was no way she was going to make it upstairs. Pool attendant and others that worked with her went and talked to someone about the problem and they found a solution so my mom and aunt would not have to worry about how they were going to get back to the room. My 91 year old aunt and my 87 year old mom greatly appreciate the help and I and my family truly are grateful to these women.

Outstanding Service and Location
The location of this condo was outstanding for our purpose. And the owner was remarkable with his attention to us. We had an issue with the refrigerator and, on a Sunday, he personally went and got a small frig so we did not want for this.
Realize, this is a resort. The service people at the Alexander were also wonderful.

This was a very nicely modern furnished apartment with 3 bedrooms. It was clean and perfect upon arrival. The owner was very helpful and accommodating to our requests. He was very responsive when we contacted him.
